June 10 that Jay Vinicki
will be the city’s assistant
manager.
“Having worked in and
around the Dunwoody area
for more than a decade,
I appreciate the sense of
community that the city
offers,” Vinicki said. “I
can’t wait to get started.”
Vinicki began his
position June 24.
Dunwoody City

day activities of city
departments and maintains
intergovernmental
relationships with federal,
state and other local
governments, according to
the city’s website. Vinicki
will assist Linton with those
duties.
“[Vinicki’s] dynamic
leadership and extensive
experience in local

“He has a proven ability to
navigate complex issues
with a strong background
in strategic budgeting and
policy research. He’s a great
fit for Dunwoody.”
