Crazy-Good Quinoa

Every Time
Start with Aromatics STEP

Onion, Celery, Carrots, Bell
Peppers, Garlic, Ginger
Jalapeno
Pick 1 to 3 and saute' in olive oil
until tender

Rinse Quinoa

rinse quinoa in a fine-metal strainer
until the water runs clear.

Toast Quinoa
Add another tablespoon of olive
oil to the pot if necessary and

toast the quinoa for 2-3 minutes.

Cook in Broth

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper per cup
of dry quinoa. Stir in 2 tablespoons
fresh herbs - parsley, basil, thyme,
