That You will grant us mercy and grace as we seek to fulfill our
responsibilities as Christian citizens.
That Filipinos will accept the results of the election with
kindness and respect.
That Filipinos will respect religious liberty. That we will exhibit
grace and love to those who disagree with us politically.
That God will heal those who have been unjustly attacked and
accused.
That we will never give in to worry, fear, anger or depression,
but will rely on God’s grace and protection and trust the Lord.
That we will be faithful to pray for our leaders and our nation at
times other than election times.
That everything that we say, think, or do, as citizens of the
Philippines will bring honor to the Lord Jesus Christ.
That we confess and repent from our actions as citizens of the
Philippines that do not reflect who we are called to be as citizens
of the Kingdom of God.
That we will remember that the advancement of God’s mission
does not depend on human power structures or practices, but on
the power of God.

love, as well as for all the faithful, the grace of eternal salvation through
the holy Name of Jesus.
Beg also that a most ardent love for Your Divine Son may imprint that
sacred Name upon our hearts; that it may be always in our minds, and
frequently on our lips; that it may be our defense in temptation, our
refuge in danger during our lives, and our consolation and support in the
hour of death. Amen.

Contrition
Good Jesus, according to Your great mercy, have mercy on me. Most
merciful Jesus, by that Precious Blood which You willingly shed for
sinners, I beg You to wash away all my sinfulness and to look graciously
upon me, a poor and unworthy sinner, as I call upon Your holy Name.
Therefore, Jesus, save me for the sake of Your holy Name.
Prayer
God, You appointed Your only-begotten Son to be the Savior of mankind,
and You commanded His Name to be called Jesus. Mercifully grant that
we may enjoy the vision of Him in heaven, whose holy Name we
venerate on earth. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

An Act of Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus # 1
Oh dear Sacred Heart of Jesus, I give You my whole heart. I see Your
Heart on fire for love of me. I want to be in this fiery furnace and know
the love of God. Take me, Jesus. Use me as Your little servant to spread
Your love to this world. I give myself entirely to You and I ask the Holy
Spirit to make me more like You. I want to be a little child of the Father. I
give You my heart, keep me in Your Heart and teach me Your way of
love.
Amen.
Prayer Of Deliverance
“Deliver me, O Jesus:
From the desire of being esteemed
From the desire of being loved
From the desire of being honored
From the desire of being praised
From the desire of being preferred to others
From the desire of being consulted
From the desire of being approved
From the desire of being popular.
Deliver me, O Jesus:
From the fear of being humiliated
From the fear of being despised
From the fear of being rebuked
From the fear of being slandered
From the fear of being forgotten
From the fear of being wronged
From the fear of being treated unfairly
From the fear of being suspected
And, Jesus, grant me the grace
To desire that others might be more loved than I
That others might be more esteemed than I
That in the opinion of the world, others may increase and I decrease

That others may be chosen and I set aside
That others may be preferred to me in everything
That others may become holier than I, provided that I, too, become as
holy as I can.”

Final Prayer:
We thank you for your great power. We praise you that you have set us
free from the clutching grasp of sin and death.
Would you be with your people, extending your grace, granting your
freedom, giving your protection, and empowering with your strength. We
ask that you would cause an awakening of your presence as never seen
before. We ask that your Name be proclaimed, that all plans to silence
Truth would be thwarted and crushed.
We pray that many would come to know you as Lord and Savior, we pray
that many would see your Light, we pray that you would open blind eyes
and release those still imprisoned.
We pray you would unify your people for the glory of your Name, that
believers everywhere would rise up and stand together.
We pray for all those in authority, that you would give them wisdom and
discernment as they lead. We ask that you would appoint strong, faithful
men and women to serve this nation and our people.
We pray that you would heal our land, and shine your face on us. Our
times are in your hands. Amen
