Recommendations 建議：

1. To ensure all workers wear safety helmet with chin strap on site
2. To provide safe access and egress for workers
3. To follow the in house rules of plant/machinery maintenance permit and procedure
4. To take adequate steps to prevent excavator overturning near the water
5. To ensure all LA/LG used on barge comply with the requirements of Marine Department
6. To separate pedestrian way and vehicle way at ALC
7. To provide sufficient drinking water and implement prevention measures of heatstroke.
8. To implement safe work procedure of confined space if any.
9. To provide fall protection, working platform rather than safety harness
