Introduction

Misoo Retail Dynamics is a modern locally supported retail management software that will help you manage a retail
business in one or more locations. The system is developed using Java, a high level language believed to be the fu-
ture of applications and web-based software's. The system is highly secured with 3 different security levels namely;
database security, java security and application security.

Add and edit products classifications, products, customers, suppliers, departments, products price groups
and business expense types.

Purchases & Deliveries Management


Choose between express purchase and manual purchase to make purchases requests, purchases orders, pur-
chase deliveries and payments. Express purchase aids in automating purchase process for businesses with
limited procurement resources.

Warehouse Management
Manage and control stock products in the central store. From the warehouse, branches can make requests
for products nearing re-order level and also return excess goods. Other operations include stock damages,
stock returns, stock production and stock issuing.

System Security
All system users accounts are created by the system administrator and must be six characters in size. A user account belongs to one or
more user groups assigned after creation. Privileges are assigned to user groups when giving permissions to system objects access and
assigned to user accounts when giving access to reports.
A user must have permissions to login to the current branch, allowed to work in the current working shift, account enabled and use case
sensitive password to access Misoo Retail Dynamics.
