COURSEDESCRIPTION (COMPETENCY UNIT DESCRIPTOR)

Professional development competency unit is to equip operator on the latest technology, information and skills for career path advancement.

Professional development requirements are for the related personal to be able to assess, plan and carry out individual development activities.
The competency is to prepare oneself for future leadership role.
