At this point we use
asynchronous sound
while Nabil is looking
at Lilly whilst Sarah
continues talking. We
use this to create the
effect that he isn't
listening to Sarah.

At this point we create

the technique of very
slow moving images
between the shot
reverse shot of Nabil
and Lilly.

As Nabil's Point of
view shot we decided
to create two shots and
see which one works
better. Either a mid-
shot or a close up, at
the stage editing we
will use both and
compare them.
We to create another
scene inbetween shot
number 11 and 12. We
have to create a shot
of Sarah and Aldo
which will show what
Nabil is looking at.

We decided to cut of
these particular shots
as we thought it was to
long. This scene would
make the control of the
180 degree rule very
difficult to do.
Instead of a mid-shot
we decided to use a
close up on Aldo in
oder to emphasize the
word "jeeez" as it
creates the fact that
Aldo is stronger than
Nabil. Despite the age
difference

Instead of Sarah
standing on the bench
we decided to use a
wide shot of her
standing in front of
Nabil in order to block
his view.

Again, we decided to
add an extra shot
inbetween shot
number 24 and 25 in
order to show Nabil's
reactions to Sarah's
and Aldo comments
about him.
Once again, inbetween
shot number 31 and 32
we decided to add
another shot inorder to
show Sarah's and Aldo
reactions to what Nabil
says.
We cut this shot out
because it wasn't
necessary as we
previously we already
had a two shot of
Sarah and Aldo.
We removed this shot
as we made changes to
our script so therefore
this shot was not
needed.
In this shot instead of
having a long shot of
just Sarah we decided
to use a wide shot
inoder to show three of
them sitting at the
bench. we also made
this change due to the
reason that we changed
most of the script.

Once again, in
between shot number
64 and 65 we add an
extra shot which is a
reaction shot of Sarah
and Aldo with their
thumbs up.

In order to emphasize Nabil's buckle

we decided that the technique slow
motion will create a comic effect.
Then we have non-diegtic sound of a
girl asking Nabil if he's okay and then
we see a shot of the girl face, only to
see that it's Lilly.
These shots are all
cut off due to the
difference in the
storyboard
We've cut out all the
previous shots of Lilly
and Nabil having a
conversation due to
the idea that we
believe it was to long,
instead we create a
shot of Sarah and Aldo
curious to know what's
going on with Nabil
and Lilly.

In this shot, we have

Lilly and Nabil continue
talking and walking off
hand by hand.
We cut the dialogue
but still keep the long
shot of them walking
off. Instead the music
in the background
begins.

This Shots are all

cut off.

Instead of this
dialogue we
decide to end
the film with a
two shot Aldo
and Sarah
saying i guess
miracles do
happen.
