EMALAHLENI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY MPUMALANGA INVITES TENDERS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF AN ELECTRICAL
CONTRACTOR FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A 20MVA, 22/11KV PREFABRICATED

It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7EP.

Preferences are offered to tenderers who have a grading of 5 EP OR HIGHER

Documents may be collected during work hours after 11h00 on 2017/10/06

A non-refundable tender deposit of R500.00 payable by cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.

As soon as payment has been made, documents can be collected from Emalahleni Local Municipality, Civic Centre, 1st floor Supply
Chain Management Office.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Emalahleni Local Municipality, Civic Centre,
3rd floor Technical Services Boardroom. on 2017/10/10 starting at 14h00.

The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on 18 October 2017.

Telephonic, Telegraphic, Telex, Facsimile, Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
