In the table blow we are presenting 9 patents which pertain to the invention disclosure.

More patents were evaluated, some of which were also related. However they were
narrowed down to the list below which has 3categories: 1) the sealed bottle 2) safety cap
for child 3) tamper evidence cap. The closest in design and function to our invention
disclosure are the first three ones which are shown in bold.

3) Doxtech, Inc.

Three most similar patents are listed, in order of similarity, are as follows; please find the
requested detail in the above table:

1) US 4299328: A tamperproof closure is described for sealing containers. The closure is

a unitary molded closure cap which includes a tamper indicating band. The
indicating band is applied with the closure cap and is locked onto a bead on the
container so that it is torn if the force is applied.
Reason: this is the most similar to ours. Because the cap is tamper-proof and also it
seals the bottle and preventing the liquid from getting contaminated by germs and
dust outside.

2) US 5147054: A tamper-proof container includes a cylindrical plastic bottle which

tapers to a narrow neck. An annular angled depression is molded into the bottle
neck. A two-part closure includes a cap ring onto which is molded an annular angled
projection sized. After the cap ring is snapped onto the bottle, the deep indentation
in the bottle neck.
Reason: the bottle is designed to have tamper- evidence. The two broken seals on cap
are indicating this matter.
3) US 5893475: A tamperproof container has a main body portion with an opening and a
closure. The closure is releasably engageable with the neck portion of the body
portion. One or more tamperproof indicators have leg portions engageable within
respective of apertures around a peripheral.
Reason: similar to our patent this is a tamperproof bottle. The lid is screwed and also
it is designed to be leak proof.

This invention does have the potential to get a valid patent. The strategy should be to
highlight the fact that the initial opening of the stopper irreversibly breaks the links
connecting it to collar, because of the restraint provided by the pair of flanges, so that the
fact that the bottle has been opened is indicated in an unmistakable way. As well as, how it
is possible to remove the cap. Another point that we need to mention is about the high level
of safety in terms of health and hygiene.

In light of the above patents, especially three similar ones, this invention has the potential
to provide commercial value. It has some advantages in terms of the way it is designed. It is
designed to overcome the problems faced by previous models. Furthermore, to provide a
bottle which also has a pleasing appearance, is easily opened, and has a high degree of
safety in hygienic terms.

It is possible to write a claim for our invention and not to infringe any one of the similar
patent. Due to the design that let users to open the lid easily, and also, the way it prevents
the entry of microorganisms or dust, the claim can be developed in such a way that it
doesn’t include all of the elements set forth in any claim of the similar patent. Therefore,
there is no need to redesign our product to circumvent the similar patents.
