What to Bring - hiking shoes or boots. A Warm hat, jacket and pants essential when we are on
the mountain at night. Also bring swimsuit as the days are hot.

Why - Together in reverence, love and gratitude before the Almighty Mount Shasta and
connect at every multi-dimensional aspect of our true nature. Connecting with the Mighty
Brotherhood of Mount Shasta, the All-Consuming Violet Flame, the Ancient Melchizedek
Temple, the Pleiadians and Sirians, the Akashic Records, Archangel Gabriel and consort
Mother Hope, RA-MU, the subterranean city, and so much more. We also gather to anchor the
“Etheric Violet Pillar” on Mount Shasta, for the upgrade of the world’s magnetic web or
leylines, of the Seventh Golden Age of Aquarius, for the Seventh Root Race and for the many
virtues of the Mighty Seventh Cosmic Ray of The Violet Flame (God’s Love). Through all of
these actions, we gain so much more for our spirit, as our soul only registers “truth” through
actual experiences. This is the 12th Annual Conclave on Mount Shasta and the sole purpose
and mission is for each soul to have his/her own magical precipitations and manifestations
with fifth-dimensional(and higher) light frequencies, The reality is that
the fifth dimension (oneness) has never left Mount Shasta. This electro-
magnetic, three-coned volcanic vortex is a One-Of-A-Kind in the whole
of the world. There are other sacred mountains of the world that hold
fifth-dimensional frequencies, but Mount Shasta is the only place on
Earth that expresses so many different multi-dimensional aspects and
frequencies simultaneously, with an unparalleled acceleration and
magnification.
Mount Shasta is vibrating at such a fine degree, that if the protons were to spin at even just a
slightly higher rate, the whole of Mount Shasta would literally spin, like a ufo, right up into

2:00 p.m. - Meet at the “Top Parking Lot” on Mount Shasta (7777 feet elevation) For
Welcome, Greetings and Introductions. Ra-Mu Salutations and Archangel Gabriel and Mother
Hope Invocation

4:00 p.m. - Panther Meadows for Group Prayers and Invocations

5:00 p.m. - Sacred Water Ceremony and Blessing, Shasta’s Water has the
electronic-presence of Saint Germain and the Violet Flame. This water
flows to the Pacific Ocean and to the four-corners of the Earth

7:00 p.m. - Group Dinner at local restaurant.

Tuesday -

10:00 a.m. - Meet at Hotel (to be announced)

10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Shasta Crystal Caves, 7 different caverns full of
golden-white calcite formations of every shape. The largest crystals are
20 meters tall. There is also a fifth-dimensional portal at this site
12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. - lunch break
1:30 p.m. - Headwaters Spring Baptism of the Third-Eye, and Water Blessing to the World.
This spring is the most sacred to the regional Native Americans. We will also be
acknowledging the local tribes of the: Karuk, Wintun, Ahjumawi,
Modoc and Okwanuchu
2:30 p.m. - The Gateway Peace Garden, we will tour this Sacred
Garden, that honors the Ascended Host of : Koot Hoomi (St Francis),
Mother Mary, Quan Yin and features a replica of an ancient Labyrinth,
a Peace Pole and Prayer Flag Station.
4:00 p.m. - Meet at Hotel for group affirmations, mantras, and fun
6:00 p.m. - Group Dinner ( optional)

Wednesday -

The morning time is free to shop etc. and we will gather after lunch
12:30 p.m. - Meet at Hotel
1:00 p.m. - McCloud Falls Portal - Journey into the Middle Earth via the fifth-dimensional
doorway at McCloud Falls, we will embrace the majesty of this
etheric-gate and have our own personal experience, a mystic’s
environment
3:00 p.m. - break for a surprise “sweet treat”
3:30 p.m. - Extraterrestrial Site - we will visit a most auspicious and
hidden place on the way back from the McCloud Falls Portal. Saint
Germain will share some “out of this world” stories at this sacred site.
4:00 p.m. - Saint Germain Reading Room, we will visit the Saint
Germain Reading Room that has been in existence for over 50 years. The Saint Germain
Foundation started here in Mount Shasta back in the 1930's.
5:00 p.m. - Meet at Hotel for group toning, decrees and song
6:00 p.m. - Dinner

Thursday -

10:00 p.m. - Meet at Hotel

10:45 p.m. - Castle Lake Portal, we will connect with the Castle Crags Vortex and the
subterranean complex, in the most beautiful alpine lake
12:00 p.m. - lunch break at Castle Lake
1:00 p.m. - Siskiyou Lake, to connect the Elemental ( Fairies,
Gnomes, Elves, Dwarfs, Sylphs, Undines and Salamanders) plus to
connect with the Golden Eagles, Bald Eagles, Osprey, Bear,
Mountain Lion, and all the wonderful animals of the Lake.
3:00 p.m. - Lake Shastina’s “Temple of Divine Union” Portal - here
we will connect with the ancient Lemurian Portal in our own sacred ceremony. To feel and
embrace the portals intense energies, and connect with those beings and fires that reside
inside the Temple
5:00 p.m. - Meet at Hotel for group meditations and visualization
6:00 p.m. - Dinner
Thursday Night is optional if you want to camp overnight, high on
the mountain, Saint Germain will have a base-camp set up

Friday -

10:00 a.m. - Meet at Hotel

10:30 a.m. - Sand Flat Vortex and ancient Native American Site.
Group Prayers and Sufi-Dance. Medicine Wheel Ceremony with Invocations to the Four
Directions, and Native Songs, Native Drumming and Native Dance by local Native American
Indians.
12:30 p.m. - Lunch break at Sand Flat
1:30 p.m. - Takilmusie (Sasquatch/Yeti) Ceremony and Invocations. We will connect with our
extended family of Takilmusie. Saint Germain has had many experiences with the “Bigfoot”
2:30 p.m. - Ancient Sweat Lodge Site. We will explore and have our own experience at this
Native American Indian Ceremonial Site and receive healing from the sacred spring, we will
give blessings to the water, and to the world.
4:00 p.m. - Meet at the “Top Parking Lot” for Interstellar Communication, Sun Ritual and
Healing Ceremony ( with didereedoo and other musical instruments played by Saint Germain
6:00 p.m. - Dinner

Friday Night -

Saturday -

10:00 a.m. - Meet at Hotel

10:45 a.m. - Pluto Cave, the largest lava-cave in the Mount Shasta area. There are over 400
caves around the mountain. These are large owls that reside in this cave. And the Native
Americans have held this site sacred for thousands of years. We can meditate and connect at
different levels here at this unique site on the Shasta Plateau, to the north of the mountain.
12:30 p.m. - lunch at Pluto Caves
1:30 p.m. - To the Remote Backside of Mount Shasta (the east side) as we will have already
explored the west, south and north, this will be our chance to see what most people never
see, the east side. It is so remote, with not towns for 25 miles. We will experience the utter
Peace and Grace of Mount Shasta. Stopping at glacial runoff streams, meadows, and forests.
Seeing the Pyramid Shape of Mount Shasta, that is only witnessed from the remote
“backside”. This is where we will have the Etheric Violet Pillar Ceremony!
3:00 p.m. - break for a surprise “sweet treat”
4:00 p.m. - StoneyBrook Inn, We will be visiting a sacred Kiva (Native American House) an
Octagonal House for Tea and Singing and Dancing
5:00 p.m. - Dinner

Saturday Night -
8:00 p.m. - Scott Huckabay (Sananda) and Saint Germain in Concert.

10:00 p.m. - closing circle, sealing the energies.
