AIRSIDE

1. RUNWAY
- Dimensi 1200 m x 30 m
- Pesawat kritis direncanakan DHC Dash 8, 75% payload, 35 seat capacity
- Rute penerbangan WBN - Manado, jarak 189 Nm dengan alternate Ternate
- Konfigurasi arah runway 09 – 27
- Tidak dirotasi, sesuai kondisi eksisting
- Aerodrome Reference Code 3C
- Category pengoperasian runway Non Instrumen
- Direncanakan operasi malam hari untuk kondisi emergency
-Menggunakan Flexible Pavement

- Dimension 1200 m x 30 m
- Critical plane planned DHC Dash 8, 75% of payload, 35 seat capacity
- The route WBN - Manado, a distance of 189 Nm with alternate Ternate
- Configuring the direction of runway 09-27
- Not rotated, according to existing condition

- Planned operations night to emergency conditions
 -Using the flexible pavement

2. TAXIWAY
- Dimensi 75 m x 15 m
- Tipe perpendecular
- 1(satu) exit, memanfaatkan taxiway eksisting
- Direncanakan Flexible Pavement

Taxiway
- Dimensions 75 m x 15 m
- Type perpendecular
- 1 (one) exit, take advantage of existing taxiway
 - Planned flexible pavement

3. APRON
- Dimensi 100 m x 65 m
- Kapasitas 2(dua) pesawat sejenis DHC Dash 8 dengan nose out self parking
(catatan : bila menggunakan towing tractor akan menambah kapasitas apron)
- Perletakkan apron terpisah dengan bangunan terminal sehingga perlu jalan akses penghubung
- Direncanakan Flexible Pavement

4. HANGGAR MAINTENANCE & APRON HANGGAR


Direncanakan untuk 1(satu) pesawat sejenis DHC 6 Twin otter. Hanggar diletakkan di sebelah
timur apron berdekatan dengan PKP-PK dan fuel farm.

5. VOR/DME
Direkomendasikan untuk dipasang, terkait dengan kondisi topografi yang mountainous,
diperlukan untuk homing dan en-route.

6. AIRFIELD LIGHTING
- Direncanakan portable light, terdiri dari Runway Edge Light, Taxiway Edge Light
- Digunakan untuk penerbangan malam hari dalam keadaan emergency

LANDSIDE
1. LANDSIDE AREA
- Direncanakan di sebelah utara runway, berada di ujung area RESA runway TH 27
- Antara landside dan apron terpisah, sehingga perlu jalan penghubung. Pemisahan ini terkait
dengan keterbatasan lahan pengembangan di lokasi eksisting dan untuk keselamatan .

2. JALAN PENGHUBUNG
- Diperlukan untuk menghubungkan area terminal dan apron
- Terletak di ujung RESA, dengan jarak ± 50 m.

3. FUEL FARM (AREA)


Untuk refuelling, direncanakan dengan menggunakan mobil tangki yang didatangkan dari
basecamp. Terletak berdekatan apron.
4. KEBUTUHAN LISTRIK
Total kebutuhan listrik untuk fasilitas sisi darat adalah 825 KVA

COASTAL PROTECTION
- Untuk memberikan perlindungan area reklamasi dari energi gelombang pasang dan tsunami.
- Berupa pasangan batu dan tumpukan tetrapod.
- Lokasi reklamasi :
a. Ujung TH 09 untuk penyediaan lahan runway strip dan RESA, tergolong pantai yang curam
b. Pantai di sebelah selatan runway untuk penyediaan runway strip, tergolong pantai yang landai
c. Lokasi perletakkan VOR/DME, di sebelah selatan runway.
- Untuk area sepanjang pantai, direncanakan penanaman mangrove

Apron
- Dimensions 100 m x 65 m
- Capacity 2 (two) aircraft type DHC Dash 8 with a nose out of self parking
(Note: when using a towing tractor will increase the capacity of apron)
- Perletakkan separate apron with the terminal building so that the necessary access roads
connecting
- Planned flexible pavement

4. MAINTENANCE & apron hangar hangar


Planned for 1 (one) aircraft type DHC 6 Twin Otter. Hangar located on the east apron adjacent to
the PKP-PK and the fuel farm.

5. VOR / DME
Recommended to be installed, linked with a mountainous topography, is required for homing and
en-route.

6. Airfield LIGHTING
- Planned portable light, consisting of Runway Edge Light, taxiway Edge Light
- Used for night flights in a state of emergency

LANDSIDE
1. LANDSIDE AREA
- It is planned to the north runway, located on the edge of the runway area Resa TH 27
- Between the landside and separate apron, so that the necessary connecting road. The separation
is associated with limited land and existing development on site for safety.

2. CONNECTING ROAD
- Required to connect the terminal and apron areas
- Located at the end of Resa, a distance of ± 50 m.

3. FUEL FARM (AREA)


For refueling, is planned by using tank cars imported from basecamp. Located adjacent apron.

4. ELECTRICAL NEEDS
Total electricity demand for land side facility is 825 KVA

Coastal PROTECTION
- To provide protection from the reclamation area and tsunami tidal wave energy.
- Form of stone masonry and piles of tetrapods.
- Location of reclamation:
a. The tip of TH 09 to the provision of land runway strip and Resa, considered a steep beach
b. The beach on the south runway for the provision of runway strip, quite a sloping beach
c. Location perletakkan VOR / DME, on the south runway.
- For areas along the coast, mangrove planting planned
