Case 1: McEurope: McDonald's faces ethical criticism in Europe

McDonald's corporate website details their activities towards corporate social


responsibility and improving their products for balanced lifestyles.

McSpotlight website contains a wealth of resources and materials critical of


McDonald’s, and includes details and court transcripts of the McLibel case, and the
infamous leaflet which started it all.

There has also been a film made of the McLibel case, called McLibel: Two Worlds
Collide, directed by Franny Armstrong. This provides forthright coverage of the
events surrounding the case from the point of view of the protestors.
