Proceedings:

1. The meeting began at 1350 hours with opening prayer headed by Ms.
Ureta.
2. Approval and corrections of the previous minutes of meeting were
acknowledged.
3. The presiding officer announce about the TAXIDERMY SEMINAR.
AGENDA DISCUSSION/S DECISION/S
1. To require all Ms. Ureta discussed the Noted
SSC students to importance of joining Taxidermy
attend the Seminar.

2. Requirements and According to Ms. Rafols, for Noted
payments for the those students who will join
seminar without membership will pay Php
600.00 while those who will join
with membership will pay Php
900.00. It is needed to have a
partner to join this seminar.
3. Activities in the In this seminar, there are four Noted
seminar expected animals to be
dissected. This is discussed by
Ms. Sapit.
4. Food Formats According to Ms. Sermeno, two Noted
lunch breaks and four snacks
are included in the payment.
5. Other Matters Mr. Videña says, the seminar will Noted
start at 8:00 A.M. and will
adjourn at 4:00 P.M.
