Abstract: Cybernetics is known as the art and science of understanding, which is the science
related with the intellect, where the basic principle is regulations through control and feedback
using communications in living beings and machines. Cybernetics is also an interdisciplinary
and multidisciplinary subject that is working as a coordinating subject for which it is also known
as the science of Government. As we all know the basic difference between human beings and
animals are with respect to thinking, where humans are more endowed with divine qualities and
powers, which are controlled through the Words. Humans are also involved in the creation of
the Words through their creative abilities. This communication and control is really done
through an invisible media known as Noosphere, where exchange of Words, generation of
Words, rearrangement of Words and modification of Words are done in the Heart. Through this
paper we inform the world about the invention of the Word, which is going to reveal about the
technical process involved in the creation of each word and about the existence of the Word.
This also reveals a number of natural mysteries. These words also reveal some important
inventions with respect to diseases in human bodies where there is a possibility of healing
through the Word of God. It also finds answers for most complex psychic diseases, which were
unanswered. It is being clearly proved that the world is constructed, activated and maintained
through the Words of God. This paper discus in detail about the generation of the words, the
communication process involved and how it is linked with the formation of Spirit and how it is
connected with human life. This paper also brings a Symbol for the Word, which also explains
its function, existence and origin. The cognitive aspects of the subject are also discussed in this
paper in the light of Cognitive Psychology and Cognitive Science. The present latest Sixth
Sense Technologies can be considered as under the control and communications through Words,
where the Sixth Sense Technologies are implemented through known carrier waves and
instruments, control and communication through Words are done through both visible and
invisible forces, materials and technologies. The communication system developed through this
media can be called as Sky Mail system or S-MAIL in short.

Biography of Presenting Author:

Reji M. Issac is Senior Lecturer in Electronics at the Department of Electronics, B. P. C.

College, Piravom, India, who is having basic degree and postgraduate degree in Electronics from
an internationally accredited University in India. He also has a research degree in Electronics
from another reputed University. i.e. M. Phil. degree. He also did a course in Operations
Research and Computer Applications. He also was a registered candidate for Ph. D. at Cochin
University of Science and Technology, Cochin-22. Overall Sixteen years of experience in
Teaching, Information Technology, Business, Research and Development and Administration.
Over eleven years of experience in teaching and administration of an aided college, as a senior
faculty member, Head of the Department of Electronics and as a member of the college council.
He guided the Electronics faculty of Mahatma Gandhi University as a member of Board of
Studies for Electronics of Post Graduate and Under Graduate studies. Currently he is doing a
Research Project under the funding of University Grants Commission, Govt. of India related
with Brain Waves. He also have one important published Research paper related with
Cybernetics at the International Conference on Biotechnology about the construction of
Biological Networking of Human beings known as SkyNet (S-NET) and the obtainment of Key
of the Sixth Sense, which is a major research output related with Cybernetics as a science of
Government. He also qualified the prestigious UGC- CSIR Junior Research Fellowship and has
got industrial experiences at various geographical locations including USA. He is also a Senior
Member of IEEE, USA and member of IEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics Society and IEEE
Communications Society.
