 First Screen After Log In

This screen is showing all the options available in Online System at this stage
Registration and Admission choices will appear and disappear as per their
Starting and Ending Dates decided by the Board.

Change Password

After First Time LOG IN, You Must change your PASSWORD and Save Changes
 Supplementary Admission

By Mouse Click on SUPPLEMENTARY ADMISSION you will reach on this screen

and Select New Admission Form to start admission of a candidate

Supply First Screen

You will enter Registration No or Roll No of the Candidate for Admission

 Two or Less Fail

The System will check the Result of the candidate and display the choices
available to the him/her. These choices can be selected by using Mouse and
Clicking on the button on the Left side of the choice. Now press Next button.

Two of Less Fail Data

The System will display all the information about the candidate according
to the choice and result. This above screen is for a candidate failed in 1
or 2 subjects. Next screen will show the bottom portion of this screen.
Two of Less Fail Data ‐Saving Data

In this part a candidate must enter* the Proposed Examination Center name
and his/her address, District and Tehsil. After that click the button for saving
all these information. (* entered by the Institute).

3 or More Fail

If a candidate is failed in 3 or more subjects, this screen will appear showing

the options available to this candidate. Select the options as explained before.
 3 or More Fail

If a candidate selects to reappear in all old subjects, this screen will appear.
Next screen will show the bottom portion of this screen

3 or More Fail‐Saving Data

In this bottom part of the previous screen, the candidate must enter* the
Proposed Examination Center name and his/her address, District and Tehsil.
After that click the button for saving all these information.

 Complete Fail Options (New)

If a candidates selects the option to appear in new subjects, this screen will
appear. Here he/she has to select group and optional subjects as shown on
next slide.
It is recommended That the “New Subjects” choice should not be handle by the
Institutes at early stage. This choice requires full knowledge of board’s rules
regarding subject selection and scheme of studied. After proper training and
education, this option can be given from the Matric Annual Examination 2011.

Complete Fail (New Subjects) Saving Data

In this bottom part of the previous screen, the candidate must enter* the
Proposed Examination Center name and his/her address, District and Tehsil.
After that click the button for saving all these information.

 Pass Case ‐ Improve

If a candidate has passed all the subjects, he / she can improve his/her
Marks by reappearing in some or all subjects.
This screen shows these choices.

Pass Case ‐ Improve

A Pass candidate may improve 9th subjects, 10th subjects,

both 9th and 10th subjects or Selected subjects.
Pass Case – Improve (Selection)

If a Pass candidate wants to improve selected subjects, he/she will get this screen
showing all his/her subjects. The subjects can be selected by clicking the buttons
on right side of the subjects. Next screen will show the bottom portion of this screen

Pass Case – Improve (Selection) Saving Data

In this bottom part of the previous screen, the candidate must enter* the
Proposed Examination Center name and his/her address, District and Tehsil.
After that click the button for saving all these information.

 Pass Case – Improve

If a Pass candidate selects to improve 9th or 10th, a new screen will appear
accordingly. This above screen is showing that the candidate has selected
to improve 10th. Next screen will show the bottom portion of this screen.

Pass Case – Improve ‐ Saving Data

In this bottom part of the previous screen, the candidate must enter* the
Proposed Examination Center name and his/her address, District and Tehsil.
After that click the button for saving all these information.

What Next?
y After saving the admission form, the options for printing 
admission form, Bank Chal. Form and Center Slip will appear.
y These will be printed and handed over to the candidate for 
signature and affixing Photographs as required by the board 
along with payment of fee slip generated by the online system.
y The institute will collect this form from the candidate and 
dispatch to the board along with other forms after attestation.
y The old forms will also be used in parallel and submitted to the
board as per existing procedure. Old system will cover all those
candidates who do not want to submit their admission through 
online system and those who are not covered by this online 
system in this early experimental stage.
