Now d mgt feels pitty, they hav nothing in hand
except cursing themselves bcoz not only they hav faced a loss of
billions due to absence of employees but they miss d employee's
trust, motivation, performance, productivity and moreover d
most important their faith in mgt.

international a same sort of telecomunication company where d
same type of incidents happen. it was hell of an issue, d media
arose it, d govt took initiatives n everyone noticed d absence of
87000 employees who were on strike n wat happend here..
26000 employees out of 29000 were on strike, Thanks to
media’s silence, PTCL management is able to linger on the
issue, without any resolution.
