Ia) Objective:

This document details Objective and Requirement of the Project:

There were 2 phases of this Project. The 1st phase was to migrate from Single Instance QUATINS, PERFATTR,
MFUNMCY and EPFQNTS databases on SET-II RAC Setup and 2nd phase was to migrate Single Instance DEDUP,
MKTDB, APPSDB and PRUICICI databases on SET-I RAC Setup.

Ib) Background:

Based on the initial discussion and the final proposal submitted by Clover Infotech, this document outlines all the
activities carried out at ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Goregoan

Ic) Scope of work:

 Installation of Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.4 on four Servers

 Server Hardening on four Linux Servers as per Audit Document.
 Installation of Oracle Clusterware with latest patch set.
 Installation of Oracle Database Software with latest patch set.
 Applying Opatch for Bug Fixes.
 Creation of ASM Disk group as per requirement.
 Creation of RAC Database as per requirement.
 Migration of Single Instance Production databases to RAC Databases for UAT release.
 Performing TAF Testing.
 Migration of Single Instance Production databases to RAC database for Production Go-Live
 Configuration and Testing of DataGuard (EMC SAN Replication) at DR Site.
