- Trombosis.
- Reemplazo MO ( Leucemia)
- Kasabach- Merritt.
- Congénitas/ Hereditarias ( TAR, TAMC).

• Rápido comienzo y progresión en 24 - 48 hs.
• Severa ( < 50.000).
• Requiere múltiples transfusiones de plaquetas.
• Mecanismo: Combinado.

FACTORES DE CRECIMIENTO
HEMATOPOYETICO:
• Trombopoyetina ( Tpo).
• Interleucina 11 (IL-11).

CONCLUSIONES:
• La trombocitopenia de las primeras 72 hs de vida es
gralmente. secundaria a embarazos complicados; es causada
por disminución en la producción y es leve a moderada.
• Luego de las primeras 72 hs es gralmente. secundaria a sepsis
o NEC y es severa y prolongada.
• La transfusión de plaquetas sigue siendo el único tto.
• Muchos neonatos reciben múltiples transfusiones de plaquetas
aunque carecemos de evidencia sobre su beneficio.
