AXJ ® NEWS
London, UK
09-12-10
Apparently the fastest growing international civil and political rights organization
known as ACTION FOR JUSTICE ( AXJ ® ) has decided to take on the British and
Swedish courts and is presenting an Habeas Corpus for the immediate release of
Mr. Julian Assange arrested and detained illegally in the United Kingdom ( U. K. ).
Anna Ardin
One of the women who filed charges against Julian Assange is Anna Ardin. She stood in
the elections to the community council for the social democrats and she is a public person
who should be examined. So I'll publish her name.
Anna Ardin is Christian (sic), feminist, social democrat, animal rights activist, and
opponent of abortion on the left political scene. She's previously been in charge of
equality issues for the student union of Uppsala University - a job she won an award for.
Today she works for the Brotherhood Movement
She is an unstable character - who blogs about being ditched by a boyfriend, and seeking
revenge on him - and now publishes and teaches a program - 7-Step Programme for
Legal Revenge - designed for other emotionally unstable females to get revenge on an ex
- by using the internet and legal systems and the media, while remaining under the cloak
of media anonymity. This woman is a liar, and has conspired with the other woman in
this case to attack Assange with lies and innuendo that the senior Swedish prosecutor
immediately recognized as liable and slander, and dropped the case. This case is a lie, by
two sociopathic females - who both conspired to lie for revenge.

The facts of the Habeas Corpus presented state that: " Anna Ardin and Sofia Wallen
do not have any witnesses nor evidence that Mr. Assange committed any crime
against them, and therefore their complaint of 20th of August 2010 against him
must be considered false allegations and possibly a case of conspiracy since they
know and have spoken to one another and can be considered to be close friends."

* AXJ ® SPAIN PRESENTS THE HABEAS CORPUS!

MADRID -- Demonstrations are planned Saturday to protest the detention of the founder
of WikiLeaks and the closing of the secret-spilling website's Swiss bank account.
The Spanish-language website Free WikiLeaks says protests are to be held ...in Madrid,
Barcelona, Valencia and Seville and three other Spanish cities. It also says
demonstrations are planned Saturday in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and in the capital
cities of Colombia, Argentina, Mexico and Peru, as well as in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
"We seek the liberation of Julian Assange in United Kingdom territory," the organization
said on the website. It urged protesters to gather at 6 p.m. in Spanish cities.
Assange remains in a U.K. jail ahead of a Dec. 14 hearing where he plans to fight
Sweden's request to extradite him to face sex crimes allegations there.
One of his lawyers denied media reports that Assange was being held in isolation at
Wandsworth Prison in London.
"He told me he had single cell," Mark Stephens said. "He has the ability to watch TV
with other prisoners -- which he doesn't do because he hates daytime telly. He takes his
meals with other prisoners."
Stephens said lawyers met with Assange at the prison for an hour on Thursday to prepare
for next week's hearing.
The Free WikiLeaks website also calls for "the re-establishment of the WikiLeaks
(wikileaks.org) Internet domain," and the restoration of Visa and MasterCard credit card
services to enable the "freedom to move money" because no one has "proved Assange's
guilt," or charged WikiLeaks with any crime.
Many U.S.-based Internet companies have cut their ties to WikiLeaks, including
MasterCard Inc., Visa Inc., Amazon.com, PayPal Inc. and EveryDNS. Those moves have
hurt WikiLeaks' ability to accept donations and support publishing efforts.
A writ of habeas corpus is a summons with the force of a court order, addressed to the
custodian (a prison official for example) demanding that a prisoner be taken before the
court, and that the custodian present proof of authority, allowing the court to determine if
the custodian has lawful authority to detain the person. If the custodian does not have
authority to detain the prisoner, then he must be released from custody. The prisoner, or
another person acting on his or her behalf, may petition the court, or a judge, for a writ of
habeas corpus. One reason for the writ to be sought by a person other than the prisoner
is that the detainee might be held incommunicado.
Most civil law jurisdictions provide a similar remedy for those unlawfully detained, but
this is not always called "habeas corpus".[1] For example, in some Spanish-speaking
nations, the equivalent remedy for unlawful imprisonment is the amparo de libertad.
The right to petition for a writ of habeas corpus has nonetheless long been celebrated as
the most efficient safeguard of the liberty of the subject. The jurist Albert Venn Dicey
wrote that the British Habeas Corpus Acts "declare no principle and define no rights, but
they are for practical purposes worth a hundred constitutional articles guaranteeing
individual liberty".[2]
The writ of habeas corpus is one of what are called the "extraordinary", "common law",
or "prerogative writs", which were historically issued by the English courts in the name
of the monarch to control inferior courts and public authorities within the kingdom. The
most common of the other such prerogative writs are quo warranto, prohibito,
mandamus, procedendo, and certiorari. The due process for such petitions is not simply
civil or criminal, because they incorporate the presumption of non-authority. The official
who is the respondent has the burden to prove his authority to do or not do
something. Failing this, the court must decide for the petitioner, who may be any
person, not just an interested party. This differs from a motion in a civil process in which
the movant must have standing, and bears the burden of proof. -WIKI
Therefore apparently the AXJ ® attorneys in Spain are using the real time AXJ ®
website in Spain ( www.accionporlajusticia.com ) to redact the second Habeas
Corpus in recent history in Europe.
Apparently the first was presented to the Authorities in Spain for the immediate
release of one of the founding members of AXJ ® in Spain.
Basically the Habeas Corpus goes beyond questioning the legal authority of the
British Authorities to arrest Mr. Assange, but to the burden of proof on those same
Authorities which have yet to be named publicly.
According to AXJ ® Leaks members of the CIA are among those named in the AXJ
® Habeas Corpus.
sociedad, el Right to Know que consagra la Freedom of the Information Act de los
