Assignments
1.when I log on to my system as administrator then log off the system & again log
on the system as other user without changing the value of ‘DontDisplayName’ I
then found the information about the last user.
But after changing the value of ‘DontDisplayName’ I found nothing ,that is no

information about the last user.
2. After doing all the steps I found that there one drive is missing , that is what I
was expected .
Such as when I modify the value of ‘Nodrive’ I found :

After removing the ‘Nodrive’ all drives are found as before.
3.All I have done is that :
At first I logon in the system as limited user (tondra) then logoff the system again
logon the system as administrator .I found a text file named passlist.txt.
That is shown below : PC name \\ User name Password
4. I run klogger.exe, and then a text file named ‘ Klogger.txt’ was created in the
klogger folder. I browsed face book on that time, then I commented on our t-
shits design photo. That was saved on the text file. That was amazing.
So I can know everything if any one use my computer.

5.I run patch.exe to my friends pc where I wished to attack .Then I run netbus.exe
into my computer .Then I assigned the client pc an ip address 192.168.0.2 .
I tested some options because I did not fully understand all options of net bus.
a)I was pressed the button ‘Open CD-ROM’-I saw that client pc’s cd- room
is open. when I pressed the button again which is showing ‘Close CD-ROM’ then
the cd-rom is closed.
b)After pressing ‘Show image’ button there need to enter the full path of
the clients pc’s image which I wanted to display. I entered the path ,it was nice to
see the picture of another computer’s image which does not exist in my pc . So if
I know all the path of client- pc’s documents I could see them. Again I closed the
photo by clicking ‘close image’ button.
c)After pressing the ‘Swap mouse’ button I saw that my friend is unable to
handle her mouse, cause it was swapped ,the task of left button is swapped to
right button & vice versa. I repressed the button then her mouse was working as
before did.
d)There was a button ‘Start program ‘ ,it display a path for client
computer’s program which I wanted to execute . I executed tc.exe program I saw
the turbo window is displayed into my desktop . After closing the program the
window was closed.
e) ‘Msg manager’ & ‘Send text’ are massaging environment for server –
client. I wrote some text then send it ,the message was received by clients pc & it
answered.
f)After clicking ‘Screendump’ I found that the desktop’s screenshot of

clients pc was displayed into my desktop.
g)’Getinfo’ showed me the version of netbus, my logon name,& the

clients number.
h) I did not understand port direct & application redirect .

i)’Play sound’ ,’listen ‘& ‘sound system’ did not worked or I didn’t
understand what was happened.
j)I shut down the clients pc by clicking the ‘Exit Windows’ button.
k)’Active windows’ button showed me the active or running windows of

client’s pc . I can close any windows I want by clicking kill process button.
l)’Mouse pos’ can move the position of the clients mouse in specific
direction.
m)’Control mouse’ can control the speed of the mouse .
n)’File manager’ shows the drives of clients pc , it loads all the information
of that pc , I downloaded a song from the client pc & uploaded another song to
her pc & I also delete some photos from her computer but she did not know
about that attack.
o)There are some options ‘Connect’ that was used to connect server pc
with client pc & the ‘ scan button’ is used to find which pc is connected to server.
