Answer: Each organisation would be created an account in
the dedicated server and access privileges will be given to
them such that an organization will be able to see only
vehicle’s running under their concern.
2. Will super admin be able to view all the
organization’s vehicles
Answer: The super admin of an organisation would be
having the privilege to view only the vehicles running under
their organisation. The super admin would also be able to
create users under their organisation with privilege level
settings
3. Mention about the technology in capturing the alert
“Harsh Braking”
Answer: The Harsh braking is captured by using G-Force
Technology.
4. Can the real time position of vehicles be monitored
Answer: Trinetra enables you to monitor the real time
position of vehicles. The device is capable of sending the
data for every 30 secs and the user can view the last
updated data of the vehicle in the application
5. Mention about the screen refresh frequency
Answer: The user can set their own screen refresh
frequency for a time period of min 30 secs and max of 300
secs
6. Mention if the route planning can be made after a
trip
Answer: The route planning can be made by the user of
