for voter lists or other election information from the Woodlands Road Utility District #1 or any
representative.

If there is a particular election date you are interested in, please let me know and we can look in a particular

Dear Elections,

This is a written request, pursuant to the Texas Public Information

Act (the “Act”), Chapter 552 of the Government Code, for a copy of
he following 2 items.

1. copy of any communication or requests for voter lists or other elections

information received from the political subdivision
know as Woodlands Road Utility District #1 or their representative.

I request that the documents be submitted in electronic .pdf format if

available and sent to the email address adrian@countycitizen.com in
accordance with Sec. 552.010

If your agency does not maintain these public records, please let me
know who does and include the proper custodian’s name and address.

As provided by the Act, I will expect your response within ten (10)
days. If you believe this information is not public, I ask that you
immediately notify me and then seek a formal decision from the Texas
Attorney General not later than ten (10) business days from your
receipt of this request, as required by the Act.

Disclosure of this information is in the public interest because

providing a copy of the information primarily benefits the general
public. I therefore request a waiver of all fees and charges pursuant
to Section 552.267 of the Act.
