About the Authors


Kamran Sultan is a distinguished Faculty of Management and presently holding the position of Director at Pandit
Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Business Management, Faculty of Management Studies, and Vikram University,
Ujjain. He joined this University after an intensive exposure at various corporate houses for many years. He holds
Doctorate of Philosophy in Management, Post Graduation in Master of Business Management, Master of
Commerce in Management (Gold Medalist), Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial
Relations, and Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education. Kamran Sultan is a science graduate who also holds the
degree of law.
Supreet Ahluwalia has done Master of Business Administration and Master of Arts from University of Rajasthan,
Jaipur. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development from All India Institute of
Management Studies, Chennai. She is a partner at Creative Head Consultants, which is one of the emerging
consulting and training firms that undertakes International corporate consulting and corporate training
assignments. Prior to that, she worked in Dubai as a professor of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior.
Supreet Ahluwalia has successfully conducted several training programs nationally and internationally.
