Personal PAC is a non partisan, statewide political action committee dedicated to supporting candidates for state,
county, and local office who believe that decisions about birth control and abortion are profoundly private and personal
matters. These decisions must be made by women, in consultation with their physicians, in accordance with their own
religious and personal beliefs without government interference.

Personal PAC believes in access to family planning and reproductive health care services. We believe that every
woman – regardless of income, age or marital status – has the fundamental right to decide when and whether to have a
child. Personal PAC fully supports family planning and access to preventive reproductive health care services and
education programs. We support initiatives designed to reduce unintended pregnancies, prevent the spread of STDs,
and reduce the need for abortion. It is the government's role to enable people to make personal childbearing decisions
by making available medically accurate reproductive health information, including sex education, and providing access
to contraceptives and safe, legal abortion.

Lack of receipt by Personal PAC of our completed questionnaire will result in our assuming that you are in
opposition to ALL our positions on reproductive matters. If you fax your questionnaire to 312-422-0122, please
also return the signed and dated original by mail. Completed questionnaires are kept by Personal PAC. Your answers
are not made public, not posted on our website, not published anywhere.
