Work History

2008 to present, Executive Director, Good Samaritan Mission, Inc.

Prudently manage the financial operations of the organization to include internal control,
review of financial statements, and monitoring of all financial details to ensure the
accuracy and integrity. Supervise all staff and oversee all programs including, but not
limited to, Day Care, Advocacy, Youth, After School, Compassionate Ministry, and
Pastoral. Ensure that all programs, services and activities contribute to and are in synch
with the organization mission, goals and objectives. Implement and monitor compliance
with policies related to the organizational bylaws, the law and ethical standards. Select,
supervise and evaluate the performance of all employees, including the Chief Financial
Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Development Officer.

2006 to 2008, Part Time Pastor/Private Practitioner/Contract Therapist,


Crossroads Community Church, The Marriage and Family Training Center, and
Confidential Christian Counseling.

Managed and supervised a local church. Provided individual and couple therapy in
a private practice setting as well as group practice.

2003 to 2006, Executive Assistant to CEO, Good Samaritan Mission, Inc

Responsible for Mission operations, including preaching, teaching, counseling,


management of major projects, supervision of staff members, and consultant. Member of
the Board of Directors. Reported to CEO.

2001 to present, Trainer, Strengthening Families Program (SFP), The


Lutragroup

Conducted training seminars, certifying providers to effectively conduct SFP program.


Required national and international travel. Training would be in either English or Spanish.

2001 to 2003, Child & Family Therapist, S.E. Wyoming Mental Health Center

Member of the Outpatient Child and Family Team. Provided individual and family
therapy, as well as group therapy, as part of an Adolescent Substance Abuse Treatment
program.

Implemented and supported approved Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) teaching model with
TFC parents, biological parents and youth in treatment foster care homes. Received
referrals for services, completed required documentation, and developed and coordinated
aspect of Severely Emotionally Disturbed (S.E.D.) youth’s treatment program. Provided
in-home assessment, consultation, and supervision of Treatment Foster Care parent(s).

2000 to 2001, Private Practice, Marriage & Family Training Center

Provided confidential pre-marital and individual therapy, marriage enrichment therapy,


parenting education, DUI counseling, and marriage and family workshops and seminars.

1998 to 2000, Contract Marriage and Family Therapist, Family Care


Counseling Center

Provided individual, couple, marriage, family, DUI counseling, and group therapy.
Branched off into the Marriage & Family Training Center.

1997 to 1998, Probation Officer, Kosciusko County Probation Department

Supervised individuals on probation. Served as Court-appointed translator for the


Kosciusko County courts. Prepared documentation and reports as instructed by the
courts.

Church
Carried out official duties as Pastor. Duties included: preaching, teaching, weddings,
funerals, visitation, and pastoral counseling. Member of the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities included supervising counseling and support staff, networking with other
community-based agencies, developing grant-related required data reports, and
