Moving the Organization

Introduction

The movement in the organization is one of the decisions that the manager must

face and should considered to critical when it comes to decision making. This is

also the step which can benefit not only the manager but also the organization as

well. In moving the organization, there are also opportunities that are waiting

which can be suitable in the diversification of the organization. In this manner, the

movement will then be essential for the reputation development and to the

understanding of the opinions of the public.

The movement of the organization will not definitely be use for the commercial

purpose; it can be advantageous for the nonpreferred activity. In this aspect of

the organization movement, there can be decline in he government agency

provision which are categorized to be the implications of the organization and

can fall in the revenue of the organization. Aside from that, there will also be gain

in the marginal utility of the organization in its expected output and can pursue

the additional revenue immediately. There can also be decline in the donations,

in the production, and to ceteris paribus in the expected goods and services and

can utilize the marginal utility. The expected schedule of the project can also be

expected in this shift and the department must also be prepared in the possible

delays and to the weakening of the interdependencies (1998 ). In this area, the

proper strategic planning and the proper scheduling with allocation of budget

must also be thought before going into the account of movement.

The organizational Movement

The movement of the organization in putting up in the central unit can be done

through proper management with an objective of joining the Department of

Education, the Social Services and the Libraries together into one so that it can

allocation much revenues and to help the citizens to go into the one place and

not to the other places. This head office will be the used for the many purposes

as in the facilitation of the organizational future, the structure of the new

management and its operations, the working function which is cross functional,

the improved employees and gaining greater economies of scale. It has also

been noticed that the departments which put up into one are all the departments

who has the concern in the field of education and to the field of sociology. In this

case, it can be determined that this can improve the status of the education and

improve the organization as well (1994).

For the movement, the manager must be patient with the process so that they

can get the things that they want as the organization is moving in the proper

direction. It is also important that the manager must establish fairness in the

process of following the opportunity and in the decision and preparation of the

principles (2005).
The strategic planning is the process for systematic movement of the

organization in its achievement of the organizational vision and to its future.

Since, it has been noted that the future of the organization depends on this

planning; therefore this must be clarify and must create effort efficiently (1993).

Implication of the Organizational Movement

The planning of the business and its movement forward needs to assess and

must focus on the problems in order to produce set of strategies. The movement

must also need to consider on the priority of he manager, the alternative

scenario, and to the reach of the consensus which has the greater possibility of

occurring (2000). The implication of the movement in the place is to have a cross

functional working as in the same place or in the same unit. This is to alleviate

the transportation cost and the time of traveling to go in different place just to

research or to use one department. In this case, the citizens will have the

specified time and the required unit to do their activity under one roof. There will

also be new management and structures of operations. The new management

and the operational can be renewed because there will be more responsibilities

for each of the employees and to the management. The new management will be

the way for every department as in education, library and social services to

maintain the image of the department while continuing its good service to the
public. This is also the proper way for the minimization of the time and the cost

as having only unit for the different departments. The greater economies of scale

can also be enjoyed by the organization through the limits of the cost maximize

the revenue. The morale of the employees can be improved as well due to the

fact that it can deliver fast, efficient, and quality services to its clients.

Concerns of the Movement

In this particular movement, the concern of the project is to alleviate the

designated time of travels and to minimize the cost while generating income. This

is also concern in the development of the strategies and to the commencement

date of the project given in the specified budget. It is also concerns in the

possible delays of the project and to the obstacles that those organizations have

to experience upon the movement. The implementation can also be involved in

forecasting about the acceptance of the public in the project and its relevance to

the current situation. This project will always be subjected in the risks which are

the hindrance in the production of the project and to its development. Since, the

project is for the long term manner, and then the responsibilities of the managers
will always be higher and greater than before. It also known that the growth of the

organization is accompanied by the greater number of responsibilities.

Stages of the Organizational Movement

In order for the organization to meet the required vision and mission of the

company, it is important to involve implementation of the desirable stages and

planning. In this area, the monthly plans for the specified task should be

accomplished. On the other hand, the quarterly plans see in the development of

the major objectives for the past months that will help in provision and

coordination for the implemented structures. In the yearly plans will always have

the aim of moving and adjusting the plans while receiving feedbacks. These

adjustments are all required for the development for the development of the

project and for the used decision making (2000). The estimated plans and stages

of the project are given below:

The Processes Involved in Reorganization

In movement of the organization, there are so many processes that requires

before the success of the organization. The processes are the important

ingredients in the organizational capacity. The agreements to the patterns, to the

units and workers must have the pragmatic procedure to follow into the

recurrence of the situation in the organization. It cam also disrupt the tested and

the histories for the common problems and to the concert in working. In the

process of moving the organization, it had been known that the relationship of the

staffs onto the organization and to the total units are all diminished which means

that the employees are deriving sense of purpose and continuity in the past

organization and therefore the employees are diminishing their commitment in

their careers. This is a clear view that most of the employees are undermine in

their new workplace and hard to adapt in their new environment (1990).

In this manner of the moving of the departments, the organization is expecting to

disrupt the required relationship in the clients, to the interest, in the other

agencies, and to the third party providers. The process of administration

therefore will be onerous and not satisfactory which leads to driving out. In this

way also, the top management can issue the various edicts for the paper

planning, for the workload indicators, and for the justification. Aside from that,

management as well can become involved in the processes of micro-

management agency

Leadership involved in Moving of Organization

The proper leadership is one of the key competencies in the success of any

diversification and change. This is also who guide the future for the betterment of

the organization and will take this in its development. Therefore, it is important

that the leader has the initiative in his work and must have the vision and goal for

him to be able to see the pattern in the improvement and to the destruction of the

organization. The leader must also have the real feeling regarding the culture,

the people, and the political climate as the environment inside and outside of the

organization so that it he can have the idea on the distance it cam go in pushing

the people and the employees. Form the study, the success of the leadership
begins in the commitment of the top management and then follows the other

employees. This will also be involved in the initiative of the agenda of the

company and use for the strategy in communication, for the changes and for

focusing into the behaviors. These leaders also must be focused in the learning,

developing, growing and to the practice for their own good and for the benefit of

the organization (2004)

Control and Administration Problems

The changes and movement of the organization cannot be accomplished without

passing through the problems which are commonly experienced. These

problems are part of the moving process that requires the managers to have

proper solutions so that the project will pass through. Some of the problems that

the organization must face are the inconsistency when it comes to the production

and maintenance of the organizational development. The lack of the complete

knowledge of the managers and the employees towards the solutions are the

needs for the satisfaction of the organization but can be encountered and leads

to the problems. In the universalistic theory, the manager can follow on whatever

the structures can be maximized. In this way, the move can have sufficient

guidance for the managers in order for the increased in the structures and can

lead to quasi-fit (2001).

The other problems that the organization and the employees must have to have

to face the problems are the allocations of budget and the time management.

The support from the government is also one hindrance because the project

cannot go further as there are governments administrations who are contradict to

the plan. There are also other factors and hindrance which can be experience

during the project.

Conclusions and Recommendations

The movement of the organization requires a lot of time and a lot of preparation

so that it can generate and meet the expected time, quality and budget. In the

preparation of the said project there should be intimate coordination for the

policies between the government, the manager and the person behind the

organization. This is important so that there is a clear distinction between the

plan and the expectation added to the governmental goals and development

which are commonly for the reduction of the travel and improvement of the

government’s services. The local authorities must also adopt the land use polices

and the planning so that it can promote the development inside the area. It is

also advisable that it should generate the travel demand, strengthen the local

centers, and improve and maintain the people. The manager must also have the

knowledge in the development of the project and he should have the key

competencies to see and to forecast the possible hindrance that the organization

must encounter.
The project has the huge impact in all walks of lives that is why it should follow

the governmental policies upon the construction until it had been done. The

employees must also be following the instructions which are written at the plan

so that the project can avoid delays.
