SAP MM/SD/ABAP Business Analyst

The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers
and BPO Businesses. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an
Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.

SAP Business Analyst:

The SAP Business Analyst will be responsible for the initial decision and facilitation for the routing of
tickets through the client support channels. The business analyst will be the primary liaison between the
users and the technical support resources. They will work with key business users,IT deployment and
development leads to coordinate all support activities. This role is primarily functional in nature within
specific SAP modules. The successful candidate will need to have strong client skills and be able to
communicate information pertaining to the functionality of the SAP modules in their specific skill
domain areas.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Addressing "How To" questions around SAP Functionality for supported module.

• Ticket Assigning, Routing and Expediting.

• Facilitating & Assisting in End User Testing.

• Refine/Improve/Design System process improvements.

• Contributing to operational and status reporting and Analysis.

• Identify and Implement Process Improvements.

• Liaise for new functionality that is being transition to support for supported SAP Module.

• Evaluate and complete analysis of enhancement requests, including scope of effort, timing, and
overall priority.
 • Participate in business unit meetings as the client IS representative for their specific SAP
Functional area.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year outsourcing experience.

• Minimum 2 years SAP experience.

• Minimum 2 years experience in one or more of the following SAP modules:

BW,SD,Pricing,MM,EBP,Logistics,HR,SRM,Procurement,PP,APO,CRM,FICO

Preferred Skill Requirements:

• Previous Manufacturing industry experience.

• Previous Consumer goods industry experience.

Professional Skill Requirements:
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
