5. The Seller expressly disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied,

including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose. The Seller does not assume, or authorize any other person
to assume on behalf of the Seller, any liability in connection with the sale of the
Motor Vehicle. The Seller’s above disclaimer does not, in any way, affect the
terms of any applicable warranties from the manufacturer of the Motor Vehicle.

6. The Purchaser has been given the opportunity to inspect the Motor Vehicle or to
have it inspected and the Purchaser accepts the Motor Vehicle in its existing
condition. The Purchaser accepts the Motor Vehicle ‘voetstoots’.

7. Roadworthy Certificate

The Seller shall take the necessary steps to render the Vehicle fit for a
roadworthy certificate and shall deliver such certificate to the Purchaser prior to
delivery of the Vehicle.

8. Registration

The Seller shall sign such forms and deliver to the Purchaser such documents as
may be necessary to enable the Purchaser to register the Vehicle in his name.
