TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility to claim a Reward Appliance is limited to Customers purchasing eligible Dacor appliance combinations (“Eligible Appliances”) during the promotional period (January 1, 2011 through
December 31, 2011. Limit of one Reward Redemption Form per household. All Eligible Appliances must be purchased during the promotional period and must be purchased together at full price on one
sales invoice or receipt. This Promotion is offered through participating Dacor Dealers only. Dealer must submit redemption form on behalf of the consumer. Standard warranty applies. Customers
claiming Reward must submit (a) this Reward Redemption Form, and (b) copy of valid invoice or sales receipt from retail dealer showing purchase of Eligible Appliances. Handwritten invoices or sales his-
tory receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Reward Redemption Forms and supporting documents must be submitted no later than January 31, 2012. Customer must take delivery of Eligible
Appliances no later than January 31, 2012. Submissions of the Reward Redemption Form submitted after January 31, 2012, will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible Reward Redemption Forms will not
be accepted or returned. This offer good on sales of select Dacor appliances only and does not apply to display, used, refurbished, or non boxed appliances. All Reward Redemption Form submissions are
subject to purchase validation. Returned products are not eligible for Reward. Eligible Appliances may not be returned once the Reward has been fulfilled. Offer void where prohibited, taxed or restrictedby
law. Dacor is not responsible for claims arising from lost, misdirected, mutilated, or stolen Reward Redemption Forms, nor for Reward Redemption Forms that are received late. Dacor reserves the right
to request additional information regarding purchase of Eligible Appliances. Dacor reserves the right, if terms and conditions are not met, to reject claims that do not comply with these offer terms. Offer
is not valid in conjunction with any other Dacor promotional programs. Retail Sales Invoice must be submitted with Redemption Form and must include a valid current address of Customer. Reward is not
transferable. Customer is responsible for determining, recording, and paying all federal, state, and local taxes related to Reward Appliance.
By participating in the Dacor “Love You Back Bonus” Promotion, each Customer agrees that any and all disputes which cannot beresolved between the parties, claims and causes of action
arising out of or connected with this promotion, or any Rewards awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial
arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Customer be permitted to obtain awards for, and Customer hereby waives
all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Customer’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with receipt
of the Reward Appliance), and Customer further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of Customer and Dacor in
connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws or rules thereof,and all
proceedings shall take place in that State in the City and County of Los Angeles. Fraudulent submissions of multiple requests could result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statute (18 USC
Section 1341 and 1342). Rebate payable with product only, no cash rewards will be issued. Keep copies of all materials submitted; originals become the property of Dacor for use in accordance with privacy
policy on its Web site. The information provided will be handled according to Dacor’s Privacy
