as now arisen for a Billing Administrator / Finance Customer Service Advisor to
join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced billing administraor or a cu

As a Billing Administrator / Finance Customer Service Advisor, you will be respo
nsible for the billing function and customer invoices, whilst providing an excep
tional customer service to ensure the smooth running of the monthly billing proc
ess.
Specifically, you will create complex multi currency monthly invoices using a we
b based billing system, ensuring that all group revenue is billed to owners accu
rately and on time.
Your duties will include:
- Providing support to credit control, ensuring money is collected in an efficie
nt and timely manner
- Arranging and attending meetings with customers to resolve issues, identify ne
eds and build relationships
- Providing timely reports and statements on billing
- Providing the sales team with analysis on flight usage
- Performing monthly AR balance reconciliations
To be considered for the role of Billing Administrator / Finance Customer Servic
e Advisor, you must have:
- Experience in either billing or a related customer service role dealing with i
nvoices
- Good knowledge of standard office software including Excel
- Excellent numerical, administrative and organisational skills
Additionally, you will be self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team
in a highly challenging and systematic environment.

of people and work through emotionally challenging calls. Experience of working
in a dedicated customer care / helpline environment is important, and you must b
e computer literate with demonstrably excellent call-handling skills.
