Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma of 2 years full time duration or 3 years part time in Business
Management/Industrial Relations/MCA from a recognized University/Institute

The Admit Card for the written test can be downloaded from the website http://specialtest.in/fci 15 days
prior to
the date of examination onwards. The admit card will not be sent by post

short listing after written test is 50% for UR/OBC

Management Trainee will undergo training for six months. Only stipend will be paid to them at the rate of Rs
8500/-pm during the training period. They will be considered for absorption after successful
completion of training and placed in regular IDA scale of pay scale of Rs.16400-40500

Employees of the Central/State Govt./Public Sector Undertakings should apply online, take a printout of filled
form, attach the No Objection Certificate from their employer along with other essential enclosures and send it
to the address mentioned in the website so as to reach within the stipulated time.

Candidates have to submit a Demand Draft of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) made through a bank
drawn
in favour of Food Corporation of India, payable at Noida for North Zone

The candidates have to fill all the details online, then take a
print out of filled form, affix photo & put signatures at designated places & then send the form along with
demand
draft & photocopies of certificates to the Post Box Number as given on website by ordinary post.

Get the printout (2 copies) of the filled in form after the Registration number is generated and send
one copy of the form bearing the registration number with self attested photograph along with original
demand draft at the following address : C-DAC, A-34, Industrial Area, Phase 8, Mohali

Only On-line registered application forms will be entertained i.e. applications sent by post / in person
will not be entertained. The registration number generated in the form should be written at the back
of the demand draft along with the name of the candidate. Please do not send any other documents
except the demand draft along with the application.
The candidate can check his/her fee confirmation by visiting the site again by entering his/her
registeration number and password from 30/01/2011 onwards.

A written test for all candidates will be held on 13/02/2010 at 11.30 A.M. Venue for the test will be
intimated on the admit card ,available online on website http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in. which
shoud be downloaded and printed and should be available with the candidate ate the time of written
test.

. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of written test and will be available on
www.punjabhealth.co.in after 16.02.2011 along with information regarding the venue , date and time
of couselling. Candidates will not be informed informed about the result and counselling schdule.
