Learnership Opportunity at

FRSTIA is looking for UNEMPLOYED, BLACK (African, Indian, and Coloured) MATRICULANTS to
participate in our learnership programme leading to a Further Education and Training Certificate: Short
Term Insurance at NQF Level 4.
Interested individuals who meet the following criteria are invited to apply for this opportunity:
Essential Requirements
• Must have valid Matric/Grade 12 certificate

• Must not be older than 35
• Must be a South African citizen
• Have good command of the English language (Written and Verbal)
• Must be unemployed
• Have no criminal record
• Have no Post- Matric qualifications (e.g. diploma/degree)
• Be prepared to enter into a Learnership Agreement for 12 month

• ID document (Certified Copy) – will not consider uncertified copy
• Grade 12 certificate (Certified Copy) – will not consider uncertified copy
• A paragraph /half a page of intent - motivating why you should be considered for this programme

3. Non-South African citizens do not qualify for this learnership
4. Applicants must have a clean credit record
5. Candidates must be Black (African, Indian, and Coloured)
6. Candidates must have a valid matric certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent
7. Learners must be unemployed and must have completed the following subjects at matric level:
a. English First Language HG (symbol – A, B, C, D )
b. English Second Language HG (symbol – A, B, C, D)
c. Mathematics will be an advantage but NOT a prerequisite
8. Learners must have Basic Computer Skills
9. Learners must have a valid SA Identity Document
10. Learner should NOT be enrolled or have intentions to enrol at any other educational institution prior or during the Learnership
Programme.
11. Learners must be willing to go through credit and criminal checks
