Odds less than 1-6 = ATK ELIM. Odds greater than 6-1 = DEF ELIM.
ATK ELIM = Attacker must lose AFs at least equal to the defenders total DFs (including doubling/tripling for terrain).
ATK Back 2 = All attacking units are retreated two hexes as determined by the owning player. Units which cannot retreat are eliminated.
EXCHANGE = The side with the smaller force is eliminated. The side with the larger force must lose AFs/DFs at least equal to the eliminated player.
DEF Back 2 = All defending units are retreated two hexes as determined by the owning player. Units which cannot retreat are eliminated.
DEF ELIM = All defending units are eliminated.
Advance after Combat : If combat results in the defended hex being vacated during an INVASION combat or, when the defender was DOUBLED/TRIPLED due to
terrain (and ONLY under these two circumstances), then the surviving attacking units may, at the attacking players option, immediately advance into the vacated
hex. Advance after combat must occur prior to any other combat being resolved. Advancing units must adhere to normal stacking restrictions.
