Líder: Las «tonterías» de Dios son más sabias que la sabiduría humana,
y la «debilidad» de Dios es más fuerte que la fortaleza humana.

Unísono: Dios de misericordia,
te confesamos que dependemos de nuestra propia sabiduría
en vez de en la tuya;
confiamos en nuestra propia fuerza, en vez de en tu poder santo.
Nos sorprendemos al darnos cuenta de que somos tontos/as y débiles
y tratamos de esconder la verdad de nosotros/as mismos/as, de
otras personas, y de ti.
Perdónanos, para que podamos confiar solamente en tu bondad,
