Treasure #1: Sayeddna Abdulla-ibnul-Khubaib (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬narrates that one night there
was severe rain and severe darkness. We went to search for Prophet ‫ ) )صلى ال علي وسلم‬and
found him, then Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) told me to read, I asked him what should I say, he
said say I-Mu’awwizatain, means recite three QULLS in the morning and evening three
times. This will suffice for you for everything.
(Mishkaat, Hadith # 81, p. 188 & Mirqaat v. IV, p. 370)

1. Surat Al-'Ikhlas (Purity)

Translation: “ Say: HE is God, the only; the Absolute, Self-subsisting God;


He has not begotten, nor has He been begotten; and none equals Him. ”

Transliteration: “ Qul Huwa Allahu 'Ahadun. Allahu Aş-Samadu. Lam Yalid Wa Lam Yulad. Walam
Yakun Lahu Kufuan 'Ahadun ”

2. Surat Al-Falaq (Daybreak)

Translation: “ Say: I take refuge with the Lord of the daybreak, from the evil of what He has created, and
from the evil of darkness when it gathers, and from the evil of the women who blow on
knots, and from the evil of envier when he envies. ”

Transliteration: “ Qul 'A`udhu Birabbi Al-Falaqi. Min Sharri Mā Khalaqa. Wa Min Sharri Ghasiqin 'Idha
Waqaba. Wa Min Sharri An-Naffathati Fī Al-`Uqadi. Wa Min Sharri Ĥāsidin 'Idha
Hasada ”

3. Surat An-Nas (Mankind)

Translation: “ Say: I take refuge with the Lord of men, the King of men, the God of men, from the
mischief of the whispering of the slinking whisperer, who whispers in the breasts of men, of
jinn and men. ”

Transliteration: “ Qul 'A`udhu Birabbi An-Nasi. Maliki An-Nasi. 'Ilahi An-Nasi.


Min Sharri Al-Waswasi Al-Khannasi. Al-Ladhi Yuwaswisu Fī Suduri An-Nasi.
Mina Al-Jinnati Wa An-Nasi ”

Allama Tayyabi said that “this will suffice you” means, it will be enough for you from all
the calamites and from all the routine duaas, three QULLS must be read with Bismillah
each time.

Treasure #2: Sayeddna Mo’aqal-bin-Yasir (‫( )رضي ال عنه‬Lived in Basra, river in Basra
named after him) narrates from Prophet ‫ ) )صلى ال علي وسلم‬that whosoever shall read in the
morning three times.

Translation: “ I seek protection in Allah, all hearing all knowing from shaytaan rejected one ”

Transliteration: “ 'A`udhu Billahi Samee’el Aleem Minash’ashaytaanir Rajeem ”

Thereafter recite last three Aayats of Sura Al-Hashr. For him Allah appoints 70 thousand
angels who will send salutations on him until evening and if he dies on that he shall die as
a Martyr, and whosoever reads it in the evening will get the same reward till the next
morning. (Mishkaat, Hadith #82, p. 188)

Translation: “ He is God, except whom there is no god; the Knower of the unseen and the visible; He is
the Merciful, the All merciful!
He is God, except whom there is no god, the King, the Holy, the Peaceable, the Securer,
the Preserver, the Mighty, the Compeller, the Majestic; Holy be God, above that they
associate (with Him)!
He is God, the Creator, the Maker, the Shaper, His are the Names most beautiful; all that is
in the heavens and the earth extols Him; and He is the Mighty, the Wise. ”

Transliteration: “ Huwa Allahu Al-Ladhi Lā 'Ilaha 'Illā Huwa `Alimu Al-Ghaybi Wa Ash-Shahadati
Huwa Ar-Rahmanu Ar-Raĥīm.
Huwa Allahu Al-Ladhi Lā 'Ilaha 'Illā Huwa Al-Maliku Al-Quddusu As-Salamu Al-
Mu'uminu Al-Muhayminu Al-`Azizu Al-Jabbaru Al-Mutakabbiru Subĥāna Allahi
`Amma Yushrikun.
Huwa Allahu Al-Khaliqu Al-Bari’u Al-Musawwiru Lahu Al-'Asma’u Al-Husnaá
Yusabbihu Lahu Mā Fī As-Samawati Wa Al-'Ardi Wa Huwa Al-`Azizu Al-Hakim. ”

Treasure #3: Sayeddna Abu-Darda Ansari (‫( )رضي ال عنه‬He was a faqeeh of Prophet) narrates
from Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) that whosoever shall read last Aayat of Sura Al-Taw’ba
seven times in the morning and evening. Allah will suffice for him for all his important
tasks of this world and hereafter. (Abu-Daud & Tafseer Roohul-Manee v. I, p. 53)

Translation: “ Allah is sufficient for me, there’s no one worthy of worship besides him, upon him have I
placed my trust and he is the sustainer (LORD) of the mighty throne ”

Transliteration: “ Hasbi Allahu Lā 'Ilaha 'Illā Huwa `Alayhi Tawakkaltu Wa Huwa Rabbu Al-`Arshi Al-
`Ažīm. ”

I.According to another report one will not have any restlessness, trouble and will not die
from drowning. (Tafseer Roohul-Manee v. I, p. 53)

II.Sayeddna Mohammad-Ibne-Kaab (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬narrates that once a group of Sahaba was


on their way to Rome. When one of them fell from his horse and broke his legs. Other
Sahabas could not carry him so they tied his horse, left some provisions for him and
proceeded with their journey. Then this Sahabee read the following Aayat, placing his
hands on the affected area. He was cured soon and joined his companions.
(Tafseer Roohul-Manee v. I, p. 54)

III. Allah will remove GHUM (sadness) from the reciter.

Treasure #4: Sayeddna Abu-Hurraira (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬said that Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) told him
to recite abundantly.

Translation: “ There’s no strength to refrain from sin but with the protection of Allah, and there’s no
power to accomplish good deeds but with the help of Allah, there’s no protection from
Allah’s punishment and Roth but by taking refuge in the mercy of Allah ”

Transliteration: “ La Howla Wala Quwwata Illa Billahi, La Munja’a Minallahi Illa Illayhi ”

Read it three times in the morning and evening. It is a treasure of Jannat.

Treasure #5: Sayeddna Abdullah-bin-Umar (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬said that
Prophet ‫ ) )صلى ال علي وسلم‬told him to seek protection in Allah from snatching of any of your
favors and the withdrawal of your protection, and of a sudden calamity and all forms
of your anger. Read it three times in the morning and evening.
(Saheh-Muslim & Mishkaat, p. 217)

Translation: “ O’Allah I seek protection in you from the snatching of any of your favor and withdrawal of
your protection and of sudden calamity, and of all forms of your anger ”

Transliteration: “ Alla Humma Inni 'A`udhu Bika Min Zawaale Nee’matika Wa Tahawwolay Aafiyatikaa
Wa Fuja’ate Niqmateka Wa Jamee-e- Sakhatika ”

Treasure #6: Duaa for payment of debt and freedom from worries and grief

Sayeddna Abu-Saeed Khudiree (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬narrates one person asked


Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) that worries have surrounded him and he is troubled by
overwhelming debt. Prophet ‫ ) )صلى ال علي وسلم‬said should I not tell you such a supplication
through the reading of which your worries will be removed and your debts will be paid.
He replied why not, Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) than said recite this duaa in the morning and
evening

Translation: “ O’Allah I seek protection in you from all worries and grief and I seek protection in you
from helplessness and laziness, and I seek protection in you from miserliness and being
coward, and I seek protection in you from overpowering of debt and high-headedness of a
man ”

Transliteration: “ Alla Humma Inni 'A`udhu Bika Minnal Hamme Wal Huzne, Wa 'A`udhu Bika Minnal
Ajze Wal Kasley, Wa 'A`udhu Bika Minnal Bukhlay Wal Jubbbne, Wa 'A`udhu Bika
Min Ghalabatid- Dayne Wa Qahril Rijjal ”

After that narrator says this person practiced on this advice and as a result Allah removed
from him worries and his debt were paid. (Abu-Daud and Mishkaat p. 215)
Read it three times in the morning and evening.

Treasure #7: Duaa for deliverance from Shirk (assigning partners with Allah)

Sayeddna Abu-Bakr (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬said that Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) said ascribing partners to
Allah in my Ummah is much more hidden then a face of an ant crawling upon a black
stone. Shirk is very hidden thing, it enters a heart very silently and very few are safe from
it. Upon hearing this he asked in a frightened manner, how can one be safe from it?
Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) said should I not tell you such a supplication that will free you
from minor and major shirks. He begged to Prophet ‫ ) )صلى ال علي وسلم‬please tell me.
(Kunzul-Ammal v. II, p. 816)

Translation: “ O’Allah I seek protection in you from that I ascribe partners to you knowingly, and I seek
forgiveness from you for those things I don’t know ”

Transliteration: “ Alla Humma Inni 'A`udhu Bika Ann Ushrika Bika Wa Ana A’-alamo, Wa
Astughfiroka Lima La Aalamo ”

Commentary: Continuous recitation of this duaa guarantees safety from shirks and glad
tiding of sincerity. Allah forgives both major/minor shirks if read morning and evening.

Treasure #8: Duaa for protection from all calamities of Earth and Skies

Abban-bin-Usman narrates from his father that Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) said any servant
who recites the following duaa 3 times in the morning and evening, nothing shall harm
him/her. (Mishkaat v. I, p. 209)

Translation: “ In the name of Allah, with his name nothing can harm anything in the Earth and Skies and
he is all hearing and all knowing ”

Transliteration: “ Bismillah Hil Lazee La Yadurroo Ma’a Ismee-hee Sahy’unn Fil Arday Wala Fi’samaa-
e, Wahowa’s Samee’ul Aleem ”

Treasure #9: Duaa for protection from Evil destiny and difficulty

Abu Hurraira (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬narrates from Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) that said the following duaa
seven times in the morning and evening

Translation: “ I seek refuge in Allah from severe calamities and grips of ill hopes and evil destiny and
from the taunting of an enemy (sever calamities means that person is unable to cope with
the difficulties and desires death). (Mirqaat v. V p. 222)

Transliteration: “ Alla Humma Inni 'A`udhu Bika Min Jahdil Bala’ae, Wa Darki Shaqa’ae, Wa Soo-e-
-L-qada’ae, Wa Shamatatil Aa’adaae ”

Note: Abu Hurraira’s (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬real name was Abdul Rehman. Used to be Abdul shams during kuffr time.
Used to carry kitten in his sleeve. Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) gave him his nickname “Abu Hurraira”
meaning father of the kitten. Hurraira means kitten in Arabic. He’s a mohaddis of 5324 Hadiths.

Treasure #10: Duaa for protection of one’s religion, life, offspring, family and
wealth

Translation: “ May the blessing of the name of Allah be on my religion, myself, my offspring, my family
and my possessions ” (Kunzul-Ammal – v. II, p. 636)

Transliteration: “ Bismillahe Ala Denee Wa Nafsee Wa Waladee Wa Aahlee Wa Malee ”

Treasure #11: Duaa for attaining the love of Allah


On the authority of Abu-Darda (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) said that
Hazrat Daud used to make the following duaa.

Translation: “ O’Allah I ask for your love and the love of that person who loves you and of those actions
which attract your love, O’Allah make your love greater to me than the love of myself,
family and the cold water ” (Tirmizei: Chapter of Da’awaat)

Transliteration: “ Alla Humma Inni 'As`aluka Hubbaka Wa Hubba Ma’e Yohibboka Wal Ammalal Lazee
Yoballeghonee Hubbaka. Alla Humma J’al Hubbaka A’ahabba Illayya Min Nafsee Wa
Aahlee Wa Minal Maa-il-Barid ”

Treasure #12: Duaa for steadfastness on Deen


Hazrat Sahra-bin-Jaushab (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬said I asked Umme Salma (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬what was the
duaa most often read by Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) in his house, she replied that
Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) used to read the following duaa 3 times in the morning and
evening. (Jawahur-Al Bukhari p. 571)

Translation: “ O’controller of the hearts make my heart firm on your Deen ”

Transliteration: “ Alla Humma Ya Muqallebal Qulobo Thabbit Qulbee Ala Deenik ”

Note: One who continuously makes this duaa will remain steadfast on Deen with the
result he would die with Imaan (Insha’allah)

Treasure #13: Duaa for guidance and protection from evil of one self (Nufs)

It is narrated by Imran-bin-Hussian (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬that Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) has taught this
duaa. (Jawahur-Al Bukhari p. 571, Tirmize & Abu-Daud)

Translation: “ O’Allah inspire me with guidance and protect me from the evil of myself ”

Transliteration: “ Alla Humma Alhimnee Rushdee Wa A’eiznee Min Sharre Nafsee ”

Treasure #14: Duaa for protection from the fatal diseases (vitiligo, insanity,
leprosy) and protection from very other diseases.

Hazrat Anas (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬narrates that Prophet ‫ ) )صلى ال علي وسلم‬used to make this duaa.

Translation: “ O’Allah I seek protection from insanity, leprosy, vitiliver disease and all fatal diseases”

Transliteration: “Alla Humma Inni 'A`udhu Bika Minnal Junoone Wal Juzame Wal Barase Wa Sayye’il
Asqame ”

Note: Today we hear of new diseases all the time, we should read this duaa daily. One of
the primary source of diseases are sins. We should try to discard sins.
(An-Nisai: Chapter of Protection)

Treasure #15: Duaa for drawing forgiveness of Allah

Hazrat Aisha (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬narrates from Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) that he made this duaa.

Translation: “ O’Allah you are oft forgiving, merciful. You love to forgive so forgive me ”

Transliteration: “ Alla Humma Innaka Affowun Kareemun, Tohibbul Ufwa Fa’afo Anee ”

Note: In some narrations it has been said that Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) used to encourage
Sahaba to learn this duaa. Hence special attention has been drawn to its recitation on the
nite of power (Lailatul-Qadar). Therefore read this duaa daily.

Treasure #16: Duaa for protection from the punishment in grave, the hell fire and
from the evil of wealth and poverty

Translation: “ O’Allah I seek protection in you from the trials of the grave, punishment of the hell and
from the evil of wealth and poverty ”

Transliteration: “ Alla Humma Inni 'A`udhu Bika Min Fitnatil Qabre Wa Azaabi-n-Naare Wa Min
Sharri-l-Ghina Wal Faqre ”

Hazrat Aisha (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬said that Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) used to make this duaa frequently.

Treasure #17: Duaa for guidance, taqwah (piety), modesty and beneficial wealth
(Jawahur-Al Bukhari p. 575 & Tirmizei)

Translation: “ O’Allah I seek from you guidance, piety, modesty and wealth ”

Transliteration: “ Alla Humma Inni As-al-okal-Huda Wat Tuqqa Wal Afa’fa Wal Ghina ”

Abdulla-bin-Masood (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬narrates that Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) use to make this
duaa frequently. (Tirmizei: Chapter of Duaas)

Treasure #18: Salaat-ul-Hajat (salaat to be performed when one in need)

When a need arises, perform proper wudu. Then perform two-rakaat salaat with full
devotion and concentration, and then praise Allah, recite darood on
Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) and recite the following duaa at least once.
(Tirmizei v. I, p.108/109)

Translation: “ There is none worthy of worship besides Allah, the clement, the bountiful. Glory is to
Allah, sustainer of the magnificent throne. Praise is to be Allah sustainer of the worlds. I
ask of you all those actions which draw mercy and makes your forgiveness necessary, I
ask of you a fare share of every goodness and protection from all sins, do not leave any
of my sins unforgiven, and no need (of mine) with which u r pleased unfulfilled. O’Most
merciful of those who show mercy ”

Transliteration: “ La Ilaha Illal Laho Haleemul Kareem, Subhana Allahe Rubbi Arshil Azeem.
Alhamdo Lillahi Rabbil Aalameen. As’aloka Mojibate Rahmateka Wa Azaa’ima
Mughfirateka, Wal Ghaneemata Min Kulle Birrin Was Salamata Min Kulle Ithmin
La Tada’ao Lee Zanban Illa Ghafartoho Wala Hamman Illa Farrajtaho Wala Hajatan
Hiya Laka Ridan Illa Qadaitaha Ya Arhamar Rahimeen ”

Note:Just as it is necessary for a person to abstain from poison while taking medicine,
likewise full benefit of these duaas will be only realized if a person abstains from sins, if
per chance one commits any sins, one should immediately resort to taw'ba and istughfar
(repentance). Therefore abstention from sins is absolute necessary.

Treasure #19: Duaa for Istikhara (Allah’s Opinion)

When one is doubtful, uncertain and confused in any affair, then one should read two-
rakaat nafil salaat and then make the Istikhara duaa. Whatever taught becomes firm in
one’s heart should then be acted upon.
It had been narrated in a Hadith that a person who does anything with mashwarra
(consultation) will not regret, and that person who makes Istikhara will not be
unsuccessful. (Saheh-Bukhari: Chapter of Da’awaat & Hisnul-Alhasin)

Translation: “ Oh Allah! I seek Your guidance by virtue of Your knowledge, and I seek ability by virtue
Your power, and I ask You of Your great bounty. You have power; I have none. And
You know; I know not. You are the Knower of hidden things.
Oh Allah! If in Your knowledge, (this matter*) is good for my religion, my livelihood and my affairs,
immediate and in the future, then ordain it for me, make it easy for me, and bless it for me. And if in Your
knowledge, (this matter*) is bad for my religion, my livelihood and my affairs, immediate and in the future,
then turn it away from me, and turn me away from it. And ordain for me the good wherever it may be, and
make me content with it. ”

Transliteration: “ Alla Humma Inni astakheeroka bieilmik. Wa'astaq-diroka bi-Qudratik. Wa'as'aloka
min fadlikal-azeem. Fa'innaka taqdiru wala aqdir. Wata lamo wala-a lam. Wa'anta-allamul ghuyoob.
Allahumma in kunta ta lamu anna (hazal-amra*) khayrul-li fi deenee wama’ ashi Wa Aaqibate Amree,
faqdorho lee, wayassirho lee, thomma-barik lee fih. Wa'in konta ta lamo anna (hazal-amra*) sharrul-lee fi
deenee wama’ashi Wa Aaqibate Amree. Fasrifho annee. Wasrifnee anho. Waqdur leyal-khayr haytho
kana. Thomma ardini beehi. ”

Important note:It is not necessary to have a dream in Istikhara, but whatever the heart
feels convinced about should be carried out. If one intents proposing for marriage,
undertaking a journey or any other important matter one should make an Istikhara

Note:When reciting this duaa on the reaching the underline words one should think of
one’s problem (mention it there). It is desirable that Istikhara be performed 7 times
otherwise thrice and if time does not permit than once.

Treasure #20: Duaa for protection against leprosy, blindness, madness and paralysis

Translation: “ Pure and sublime is Allah. The mighty and praise only belongs to him. There is no power
to save a person from sin and nor strength to accomplish a good but with the help of Allah”

Transliteration: “ Subhan Allahe Wa Behamday Hee Subhan Allahi-l-Azeem, Wa La Howla Wala


Quwwata Illa Billahi ”

Recite 3 times in the morning and the evening. (Roohul-Manee)

Treasure #21: Extraordinary Wazeefa
Sayeddna Abu-Ayub Ansari (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬narrated that when (Aayat # 23 of Sura Al-Imran)
was revealed, they clung to the throne of Allah and said “are you going to reveal us to a
such people who are full off sins? Allah said to them by the oath of my grandeur and
magnificence whoever recites you after every farz salaat, We will forgive them and We
will grant them a place in Jannat and we’ll look at them 70 times daily with gaze of
mercy and we’ll fulfill 70 of their needs, the least of which is forgiveness.
(Roohul-Manee: Chapter # 3 p. 107)

Method of reading: Recite Sura Al-Fateha followed by Ayatul-kursi and then


Aayats # 18, 26, 27 of Sura Al-Imran.
I. Sura Al-Fateha

Translation: “ In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. All the praises and
thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists).
. The Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. The Only Owner (and the Only Ruling
. Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of Resurrection). You (Alone) we
. worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything). Guide us to
. the Straight Way . The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace,
. not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those
who went astray (such as the Christians) ”

Transliteration: “ Bismi Allāhi Ar-Raĥmāni Ar-Raĥīmi. Al-Ĥamdu Lillāhi Rabbi Al-


. Ālamīna. Ar-Raĥmāni Ar-Raĥīmi. Māliki Yawmi Ad-Dīni. 'Īyāka Na`budu
. Wa Īyāka Nasta`īnu . Ahdinā Aş-Şirāţa Al-Mustaqīma. Şirāţa Al-Ladhīna
. An`amta Alayhim Ghayri Al-Maghđūbi `Alayhim Wa Lā Ađ-Đāllīna ”

Translation: “ In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. Allah! There is no God but He,
the Living, the Self-subsisting, the Eternal. No slumber can seize Him, nor sleep.
All things in heaven and earth are His. Who could intercede in His presence without His
permission? He knows what appears in front of and behind His creatures. Nor can they
encompass any knowledge of Him except what he wills. His throne extends over the
heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them,
for He is the Highest and Most Exalted. ”

Transliteration: “ Bismillah Ar-Rahmanu ar-Raheem, Allahu la illaha illa hu, Wal Hayyul Qayyum
La te huzuhu sinetun wala nawmun. Lahu ma fissemawati wa ma fil'ardi
Men thallathiy yeshfe'u indehu illa biznih. Ya'lemu ma beyne eydiyhim
wa ma halfehum wa la yuhiytune bishey'in min ilmihi illa bima sha-a wasia kursiyyuhu
semavati wal'ard Wa la yeuduhu hifzuhuma wa hu wal aliy ul aziym ”

III. Sura Al-Imran (Aayat# 18, 26, 27)

Translation: “ Allah bears witness that Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He),
and the angels, and those having knowledge (also give this witness); (He is always)
maintaining His creation in Justice. Lâ ilâh illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped
but He), the Al-Mighty, the All-Wise.
Say (O Muhammad: "O Allah! Possessor of the kingdom, You give the kingdom to whom

You will, and You take the kingdom from whom You will, and You endue with honour
whom You will, and You humiliate whom You will. In Your Hand is the good. Verily,
You are Able to do all things.
You make the night to enter into the day, and You make the day to enter into the night (i.e.
increase and decrease in the hours of the night and the day during winter and summer),
You bring the living out of the dead, and You bring the dead out of the living. And You
give wealth and sustenance to whom You will, without limit (measure or account).

Transliteration: “ Shahida Allāhu 'Annahu Lā 'Ilāha 'Illā Huwa Wa Al-Malā'ikatu Wa 'Ūlū Al-`Ilmi
Qā'imāan Bil-Qisţi Lā 'Ilāha 'Illā Huwa Al-`Azīzu Al-Ĥakīmu.
Qul Al-Lahumma Mālika Al-Mulki Tu'utī Al-Mulka Man Tashā'u Wa Tanzi`u Al-
Mulka Mimman Tashā'u Wa Tu`izzu Man Tashā'u Wa Tudhillu Man Tashā'u Biyadika
Al-Khayru 'Innaka `Alaá Kulli Shay'in Qadīrun
Tūliju Al-Layla Fī An-Nahāri Wa Tūliju An-Nahāra Fī Al-Layli Wa Tukhriju Al-Ĥayya
Mina Al-Mayyiti Wa Tukhriju Al-Mayyita Mina Al-Ĥayyi Wa Tarzuqu Man Tashā'u

Treasure #22: An all encompass duaa, which will cover all the duaas of
Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) 23 years of Prophet-hood (Nabuwaah)

Abu-Umamah (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬narrated that Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) made a lot of duaas, but few
of us could remember all of them. So, we complained of this to
Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ), who said should I not teach you such a duaa that will include all
these duaas, say (Tirmizei & Jawahur-Al Bukhari p. 572)

Translation: “ O’Allah I ask of you all the goodness which Muhammad ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) asked and I
seek refuge in all the things that that Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) sought refuge. You are
capable of helping us and your function is only to convey the message of truth. There is no
power to save a person from sin and nor strength to accomplish a good but with the help of
Allah ”

Transliteration: “ Alla Humma Inni As’aloke Min Khairin Ma Sa’alaka Minho Nabiiyoka Muhammadun
‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) Wa’audobika Min Sharre Musta’azaka Minho Nabiiyoka
Muhammadun ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) Wa’antal Musta’ano Wa’alaikal Balagh
Wala Haola Wala Quwwata Illa Billahil Ali Yil Azeem”

Treasure #23: Duaa for protection from black magic

Recite 3 times the following Aayat #81, 82 of Sura Al-Yunus

Translation: “ Then, when they had cast, Moses said, ‘what you have brought is sorcery; God will bring
it to naught; surely God does not set right the work of those who cause disorder.
And God verifies the truth by His Words though the sinners be averse ”

Transliteration: “Falammā 'Alqaw Qāla Mūsaá Mā Ji'tum Bihi As-Siĥru Inna-l- Allaha Sayubtiluhu 'Inna
Allaha La Yuslihu `Amala Al-Mufsidina. Wa Yuĥiqqu Allāhu Al-Ĥaqqa Bikalimātihi
Wa Law Kariha Al-Mujrimūna ”

Treasure #24: Syedul-Istughfar (The supreme of Istughfar seeking Allah’s


forgiveness)

Shadad-Ibne-Aasn (‫ )رضي ال عنه‬narrates from Prophet ‫)صلى ال علي وسلم‬ ) that Syedul-Istughfar is
the most superior form of seeking forgiveness from Allah.

Translation: “ O’Allah you are my sustainer, there’s no one worthy of worship besides you. You have
created me and I’m your servant. I’m trying to be firm on my covenant and promise with
you to the best of my ability. I seek protection in you from evil of my sins, I acknowledge
your favors upon me and I acknowledge my sins, forgive me there’s no one to forgive sins
besides you ”

Transliteration: “ Alla Humma Anta Rabbi La Ilaha Illa Anta Khalaqtanee Wa Ana Abdoka Wa Ana Ala
Ahdika Wa Wa’adika Mastata’to, A’audobika Min Sharre Ma Sana’ato Abo’oo Laka
Bene’amatika Alayya Wa Abo’oo Bezanbin Faghfirlee Fainnaho La Yughfiroz Zunobo
Illa Anta ”

Note:Prophet ‫ ) )صلى ال علي وسلم‬said that any servant of Allah who recites above Istughfar
with sincerity and conviction of heart at anytime during the day and dies before nite fall
