Venue Changes for February:

We are scheduled to be at the Bold Center all month. You will be notified of any changes.

Just a reminder, Parent Supervision at the Bold Center will be essential. Dancers should gather just outside
of the fitness area and then either the dance instructor or the hallway supervisor will take them through the
fitness center to the dance room. This will help keep traffic through the fitness center to a minimum. Please
continue to follow your schedules. If you can’t be there for your supervision, please call one of the other
parents from your child’s class and arrange for someone to cover for you.

Fundraising Opportunities!!

February Fundraising is Online Magazines. Please see the fundraising newsletter for more information on
this fundraiser.

We are still looking for volunteers to work at the casino May 25th & 26th, 2011 in Fort MacMurray. Mileage
and hotels are paid for. Please contact Karen Brown if you would like to sign up to work this casino. This
will earn you back both of your fundraising cheques! We need to have our volunteers ahead of time as there
is paperwork to be filled out.

Bingo Dates – We still need 1workers for the February 12th Bingo and 5 workers for the April 22nd Bingo.
Please contact Shelley at 623-4606 if you are able to help out.

Update on Manager Position – We did not receive that grant that we had applied for to cover the wages of
the manager. Effective immediately there is no longer a manager. If you have questions or concerns please
call your Day Rep or the appropriate executive member.
