 Cofounder and concept architect of 501 (c)(3) nonprofit charity developing 42-acre soccer complex
 Secured $192,000 in start up funding via 5-year exclusive naming rights sponsorship with Pepsi Co.
 Negotiated a $50,000 donation from a publicly traded electric conglomerate for initial infrastructure build-out
 Raised over $1,000.000.00 in cash and in-kind donations from local corporations and other donors for construction
 Negotiated all land acquisition, purchase, leasehold interest contracts along with water use and rights agreements
 Responsible for bringing the MLS’s FutbolitoTM tournament to Soccer, Texas for 3 consecutive years.
 Creating Public-Private Partnership with local municipalities building soccer complexes throughout metro area
 Secured 12 acre land donation from local entrepreneur to build the first quality south side soccer complex in San Antonio

 Instrumental in bringing San Antonio’s first-ever Major League Soccer (MLS) exhibition match to San Antonio between
