Rotary Club of Holy Spirit

The Rotary Club of Holy Spirit was chartered by Rotary International on June 29, 2005 with 20
charter members. The new club encountered serious organizational and leadership challenges to
the point that only the Charter president was left as active member by the time a new set of mem-
bers led by Cong. Dodgie Osabel and Linda Palattao joined in 2008 to help reinvigorate the club.
Happily, by the end of RY 2009-2010, RC Holy Spirit had been adjudged one of the 15 most out-
standing clubs among 97 clubs in District 3780.

A 14-man contingent from RCHS led by Pres Dodgie and Rotaract Club led by Pres James Lorenzo lent sup-

slum areas within the barangay. The goal was to immunize some
8,000 kids (ages 6 months to 5 years old) from the dreaded poliomyeli-
tis.
The drive was a partnership project of RI District 3780 with the QC
Mayor‘s Office, Department of Health, QC Health Department, Baran-
