131 Cre-action Step 1. After your Life–Changed 4 Minute Morning Imagining (Imagining

133 a) Before drinking–eating–teeth brushing, putting anything in your mouth at all. Your
134 oil pulling oil has to be the first thing in your mouth for the day.
135 b) Put at least 5 to 7 minutes aside for your oil pulling. 15 to 30 minutes is the
136 best. Any length of time is better that not create–ing this at all!

139 a) Pull-Swish your oil around your mouth as much as possible. Never swallowing the
140 oil, never gargling. As relaxed as possible. Create this as a relaxing, soothing,

142 b) Using all of your mouth: Tongue, jaw, cheeks, lips.Swish it around. Up, down, left,

144 c) Get around all of your teeth. You can tilt your head back a bit to get your back teeth.

184 DR. KARACH OIL TREATMENT ARTICLE
185 Dr. F. Karach, M.D., presented a paper before the All–Ukrainian
186 Association. The meeting was attended by oncologists and bacteriologists
187 belonging to the Academy of Science of the USSR. Dr. Karach explained
188 an unusual simple healing process using cold–pressed oils.
189 Dr.med. Karach spoke about a remarkable treatment at a conference of the All Ukranische–
190 Union of the Oncologists (Specialists for Tumor diseases) and Bacteriologists, a part of the 8
191 Academy of Sciences of UDSSR,. He talked about a super simple Healing process for the
192 human body by sunflower oil.
193 The results of this healing process, causes astonishment and doubts, but by experimenting
194 with the oil therapy everybody can see the results in his own body and can get convinced for
195 him that these arguments are right.
196 It is more than surprising that with this totally harmless, biological healing method one
197 could achieve such success and healing results. They are really without comparison. Most
198 illnesses could be totally cured by this simple method and it was unnecessary, to use surgery
199 or all kinds of medicines with their so much harmful side effects.
200 The real important thing of this method is in its simplicity; it is just sipping or sucking oil
201 inside the mouth. The further healing process then is done alone by the human organism.
202 In this way it is possible to heal all at once–cells, tissues and all other organs because of the
203 destruction of the natural mouth germs and with this the destruction of the human organism
204 is stopped.
205 Right now, the balance is not there and causes illness and in the last consequence it affects
206 the duration of life. Man lives only half the time which he could live. He could become 140 or
207 150 years old, says Dr.Karach.
208 The Oil–therapy heals totally headaches, bronchitis, tooth pain, thrombosis, eczema, ulcers,
209 intestinal diseases, heart and kidney diseases, encephalitis and woman’s diseases.
210 Preventively the growth of malignant tumors is cut and healed. Chronic blood diseases,
211 paralysis, diseases of nerves, stomach, lungs and liver and sleeplessness are cured.
212 Therefore, as Dr. Karach says, it is possible to heal many diseases, also those caused by
213 poisonous chemical parts of drugs.
214 Dr. Karach says, his method heals the whole organism all together, also preventively. This
215 especially is important in cases of tumors and of heart attacks. Dr. Karach: “With the oil
216 therapy I have cured my chronic blood disease; I have suffered for 15 years. It also healed in
217 three days an acute arthrosis which made me even lay in bed.
218 The healing process: Get refined sunflower oil (or peanut oil or distal oil). In the morning
219 before breakfast you take one tablespoon of the oil – but donot swallow it. Without great

220 effort or speed, you wash and suck the oil inside the mouth, pull it through the teeth and all
221 that with closed mouth for 15 to 20 minutes.
222 You really chew, move your chin and (like in the Mayr diet) a lot of saliva is drawn; that
223 means mouth – digestion. Obviously, the poisons are drawn from the blood through the
224 mucous membrane of the mouth. That is why, in no case, the oil should be swallowed because
225 it has become poisonous. First, the oil is viscous, but more and more it becomes liquid thin
226 and white like wool. Then you spit it out. (As long as the liquid is still yellow you did not
227 work with the oil long enough)

228 After spitting the oil, the mouth has to be washed intensely with water several times and the
229 teeth need to be cleansed with brush; also the sink, because the liquid contains big amounts
230 of bacteria and harmful material.
231 If we would look at a drop of this liquid through a microscope, we would see all kind of
232 moving fibers – those are microbes in the first stage of their growth. Pulling Oil pulls out
233 disease elements from the system (body) and restores health.
234 It is important to say that during Oil–pulling, our metabolism is increased much and that is
235 why the body remains in a persistent healthy state.
236 One of the obvious results is the fixing of loosened teeth, the stop of bleeding teeth flesh and
237 whitening of the teeth. The best time for the oil pulling is in the morning before breakfast. To
238 enhance the healing process, you can repeat the treatment three times a day, but always
239 before meal and with empty stomach. The organism will not be disturbed by this and the
240 healing is quicker and stronger.
241 How long? Do till the original strength, freshness and a calm sleep is back again. After
242 awakening in the morning you should feel refreshed and you should not have black circles
243 under your eyes. A good appetite, a good sleep and a good remembrance (thinking) should be
244 there.
245 In the beginning worsening for patients who are suffering from more than one disease, it is
246 possible that there is a worsening of their situation. It is even possible that during the cure
247 one infectious region of the body influences another one, which may be, would have become
248 later even a killing disease.
249 Donot stop when your state gets worse: says Dr. Karach. There is no reason to interrupt the
250 treatment even when the body temperature gets higher (it is healing temperature). Mainly
251 when these signs are there, you should go on without interruption. If you interrupt you
252 should know, that the healing only is there during the time of oil pulling. I point out says
253 Dr.Karach, that a worsening of your health state is a sign that your disease is disappearing.
254 How often? This question only the patient himself can answer who is in the healing process.
255 If he needs more or less depends on how he feels.
256 Acute diseases will be cured very quick in two to four days. Chronic diseases normally need
257 more time, sometimes even one–year. So please Don’t give–up.

264 Objectives: The aim of the study was to assess the efficacy of an Indian folk remedy, oil
265 pulling therapy using Sesame oil (Idhayam oil) on oral health status
266 Conclusion: Oil pulling therapy, 5 to 6 times cost effective than chlorhexidine, can
267 be used as an effective preventive home therapy in maintaining and improving
268 oral health especially in developing countries like India.
269 Methods: Randomized controlled triple blind clinical trials were done to evaluate the effect of
270 Oil pulling therapy on
271 1) Dental caries – Streptococcus mutans count in plaque and saliva

272 2) Plaque induced gingivitis
273 The study and the control group included 10 subjects each. The subjects belonging to the
274 study group were made to sip, suck and pull 10ml of sesame oil between their teeth for 10
275 minutes in the morning before brushing for 2 weeks. The control group subjects swished
276 10ml of 0.2% chlorhexidine mouthwash 30 minutes before tooth brushing for 2 weeks.
277 Streptococcus mutans count was evaluated using the Dentocult SM Strip Mutans test. The
278 assessment was repeated after 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week and 2 weeks. Plaque induced
279 gingivitis was assessed using both clinical (plaque and modified gingival indices) and
280 microbial criteria (colony count of microorganisms). This assessment was repeated after 10
281 days

330 On the first day of OIL–PULLING Feb 25, 1995, I felt an exhilarating feeling of freshness in

344 For the last three months, my wife and I are doing OIL–PULLING regularly. I suffer from
345 severe running nose. Now after I started doing OIL–PULLING, the running nose has become
346 very mild and it persists only for a day or so. I also used to get severe bouts of cough and with
347 great difficulty manage to get the sputum out. Now the running nose does not follow by
348 cough.
349 My wife used to develop allergic bronchitis with wheezing due to dust or after severe cold and
350 on long journeys. She tried OIL–PULLING for three months and did not develop wheezing or

357 homeopathy medicines. Within two months of OIL–PULLING, in both cases of carcinoma of
358 uterus bleeding reduced, general condition improved and they are confident that their

382 Diabetes – Pregnancy – Child birth
383 My age is 41 years. I am a diabetic patient with no children. After doing OIL–PULLING for
384 three months, I became pregnant. At the time of pregnancy, my blood sugar increased. I
385 stopped OIL–PULLING for about a month thinking it was aggravating my problem. Having
386 come to know that aggravation is a sign of cure, I started OIL–PULLING again. The sugar
387 level came down and I continued OIL–PULLING throughout my pregnancy. After a
388 caesarian operation, I gave birth to a baby. The doctors checked for sugar, both for the baby
389 and me. We both were free from sugar. The wound healed well and stitches removed on the
390 seventh day. Doctor was astonished at this. I found OIL–PULLING benefited me in the
391 following ways:
392 I weigh 90 Kgs. height 4’11” with weak twisted foot. By walking, the foot used to become
393 septic and pus used to ooze. By OIL–PULLING and walking daily, I became strong and was
394 able to walk up the steps without difficulty.

489 I had back Discomfort for the past ten years and have been taking treatment for the same
490 with several doctors and traction was also given for sufficiently long time without any

535 I am an 86 year, aged retired public servant. I developed tooth ache. The toothache was
536 really agonizing. I thought, I may try, being a skeptic, oil pulling before visiting the dentist.
537 Hardly did I try it for a couple of days then the intensity of ache came down. In another two 17
538 days the Discomfort stopped totally. This Discomfort was centered on an incisor the base of
539 which was affected and tooth itself was shaking. Having got some relief I developed faith in
