RE: PRESENTATION OF ACTION FOR JUSTICE ( AXJ ® ) AND WRITTEN

AGREEMENTS

PETITION: http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/AXJCHILDREN/

The purpose of the present letter is to introduce our organization called ACTION FOR
JUSTICE ( AXJ ® ) to you, your government, congress, senate, parliament, and all the
citizens under your jurisdiction.

AXJ ® was founded back in the year 2000 and is a registered trademark in the United
States of America ( USA ), is copyrighted and has patents pending around the world.

Our Chief Operating Officer ( CEO ) is Mr. John Aster of Australia. Among our top
executive members and spokespersons around the world are myself, my wife, Karen
Sordiff, Chris Wardill, Ad Verdiesen, Shaun Keedwell, and many others we will name
when the time comes.

AXJ ® was originally founded due to the fact that our systems of Administration of
Justice have become flawed and politicized over the years and needed a little help
therefore the name ACTION FOR JUSTICE ( AXJ ® ). We have seen this happen in
many criminal and civil cases, especially in family courts, where a real power struggle
and gender based discrimination war is going on. JUSTICE has slowly been losing its
blind fold and to many it is no longer impartial, but has become a public market place
where children are bought and sold and as a consequence families are destroyed.

Therefore the AXJ ® MEMBERS around the world have decided to take ACTION
FOR JUSTICE ( AXJ ® ) and using the internet have come together and have created
this new civil and political rights organization to cooperate with your government,
especially Law Enforcement agencies around the world, to try to eradicate or at least deal
with the most pressing issues right now concerning human rights violations, especially
with respect to children and normal families.

Today in a long conversation with a few AXJ ® Members it has been decided that the
time has come for AXJ ® and its members to concentrate their attention on issues at hand
which affect us all in today's world in 2011. This is not an easy undertaking but we must
list our priorities as the world's fastest growing independent civil and political rights
organization:
1.) Children. We must concentrate our efforts on helping to find all missing children
around the world. We must work closely with Law Enforcement Agencies around the
world, and especially in the US the Federal Bureau of Investigation ( FBI ), Director Mr.
Robert Muelle, and report any findings and information leading to helping them in their
efforts to locate these missing children and adults. To this end please use the following
website:

http://www.facebook.com/axj.children

AXJ ® also recommends creating real time AMBER ALERTS all networked into AXJ
® to report any missing children in real time. All any parent must do to create an
INTERNATIONAL AMBER ALERT is sign into our servers around the world and
input the information. To avoid fraud the input must be verified by the local AXJ ®
MEMBER.

This may not be the case in your specific country but again we would like to count on the
collaboration of your government and Law Enforcement Agencies to deal with any
INTERNATIONAL AMBER ALERTS we receive.

2.) Child Protective Services ( CPS ). Every day we receive more and more complaints
regarding cases of corruption within these agencies not only in the United States, but
around the world. In many cases children are being removed from their biological parents
for no reason and turned over to unfamiliar caretakers permanently simply for money.
Federal Funding is big part of this problem and not only in the United States.

This may not be the case in your specific country but again we would like to count on the
collaboration of your government and Law Enforcement Agencies to investigate the
complaints we receive.

3.) Divorce. It has become a gender discrimination based war where the winner takes all.
In 90% of cases of divorce around the world, women are still being awarded sole custody
of children. With a simple signed false allegation of abuse against the other parent they
are awarded a Temporary Restraining Order ( TRO ) which destroys the other parent's
possibility of ever seen their children again. This coupled to excessive attorney and Court
Fees and Costs along with Child Support, makes it a totally unjust situation for most
parents going through divorce, not to mention the psychological trauma and destruction
for children. Here is an example of a recent case:

We even understand that in SPAIN a whole separate legislation has been created to deal
with men vs. women in cases of divorce and domestic violence, is this true? One of our
websites is reflecting this reality of SPAIN:

4.) Alarming Suicide Rates of Men. Men are committing suicide five times more than
women around the world in part as a result of the gender discrimination by Laws around
the world. A specific case can be found in Spain where men are treated differently than
women by Law. Please see the following information:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_suicide_rate

5.) Cyber-Crimes. Recently a founding member of AXJ ® has become a victim of

Cyber-bullying and Cyber-stalking and AXJ ® has decided to draw the line and report
anyone suspected of these activities to local and international Law Enforcement
Agencies. Please see:

http://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=152195854830304

Fortunately Facebook, Inc. is a US based corporation and has to adhere to US Law and
specifically art. 18 U.S.C. § 875(c) criminalizes the making of threats via Internet a
Federal Crime or Felony.

AXJ ® has saved all posts from different individuals on the internet and although they
are presently not in the United States, AXJ ® will forward them to the Attorney
Generals, the FBI and the US. State Department in case those individuals do come to the
United States.

If you have any doubts about these crimes please read the following:

Cyber-bullying is "the use of information and communication technologies to support

deliberate, repeated, and hostile behavior by an individual or group, that is intended to
harm others".[1] As it has become more common in society, particularly among young
people, legislation and awareness campaigns have arisen to combat it. -WIKI

Cyber-bullying vs. cyber-stalking

The practice of cyber-bullying is not limited to children and, while the behavior is
identified by the same definition in adults, the distinction in age groups is sometimes
referred to as cyberstalking or cyberharassment when perpetrated by adults toward adults,
sometimes directed on the basis of sex. Common tactics used by cyber-stalkers are to
vandalize a search engine or encyclopedia, to threaten a victim's earnings, employment,
reputation, or safety. A repeated pattern of such actions against a target by an adult
constitutes cyber-stalking.

Legislation against cyber-bullying

United States

Legislation geared at penalizing cyber-bullying has been introduced in a number of U.S.

states including New York, Missouri, Rhode Island and Maryland. At least seven states
passed laws against digital harassment in 2007.

Dardenne Prairie of Springfield, Missouri, passed a city ordinance making online

harassment a misdemeanor. The city of St. Charles, Missouri has passed a similar
ordinance. Missouri is among other states where lawmakers are pursuing state legislation,
with a task forces expected to have “cyberbullying” laws drafted and implemented.[19]
In June, 2008, Rep. Linda Sanchez (D-Calif.) and Rep. Kenny Hulshof (R-Mo.) proposed
a federal law that would criminalize acts of cyberbullying.[20]

Lawmakers are seeking to address cyber-bullying with new legislation because there's
currently no specific law on the books that deals with it. A fairly new federal cyber-
stalking law might address such acts, according to Parry Aftab, but no one has been
prosecuted under it yet. The proposed federal law would make it illegal to use electronic
means to "coerce, intimidate, harass or cause other substantial emotional distress."

In August 2008, the California state legislature passed one of the first laws in the
country to deal directly with cyber-bullying. The legislation, Assembly Bill 86 2008,
gives school administrators the authority to discipline students for bullying others
offline or online.[21] This law took effect, January 1, 2009.[22]

A recent ruling first seen in the UK determined that it is possible for an Internet
Service Provider (ISP) to be liable for the content of sites which it hosts, setting a
precedent that any ISP should treat a notice of complaint seriously and investigate it
immediately.[23]

18 U.S.C. § 875(c) criminalizes the making of threats via Internet.

TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 41 > § 875

§ 875. Interstate communications

(a) Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing

any demand or request for a ransom or reward for the release of any kidnapped person,
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
(b) Whoever, with intent to extort from any person, firm, association, or corporation, any
money or other thing of value, transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any
communication containing any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure the
person of another, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty
years, or both.

(c) Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing

any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure the person of another, shall be
fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

(d) Whoever, with intent to extort from any person, firm, association, or corporation, any
money or other thing of value, transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any
communication containing any threat to injure the property or reputation of the addressee
or of another or the reputation of a deceased person or any threat to accuse the addressee
or any other person of a crime, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than
two years, or both.
