Conditions of Entry ∗ Works will be on display at the International
Food Emporium Art Exhibition in the Gatton
∗ A completed ENTRY FORM and $3
entry fee must be received by the In-
ternational Food Emporium no later
than 5pm on Friday 4 February 2011
to be eligible for the exhibition.
∗ Delivery of artworks entered in the
International Food Emporium Art Ex-
hibition will be accepted at the Gatton
Shire Hall, North Street, Gatton after
4:30pm Friday 18h February 2011.
All works must be ready to be dis-
played
∗ All works must be clearly labelled
with a completed DELIVERY NOTE
as attached.
∗ Artworks will be viewed by the public.
The artist’s name, the entry category
and the title of the artwork will be dis-
played.
∗ Artworks must be no smaller than A3
size (421mm x 297mm) and not ex-
ceed 1500mmx1500mm.
∗ The International Food Emporium will
exercise all due care in exhibiting and
handling entries. However, works
shall at all times remain at the risk of
the entrant. The International Food
Emporium will not be responsible for
loss or damage whatsoever to any
work whilst in its custody. Each com-
petitor is responsible for maintaining
his/her own insurance coverage, if
such coverage is desired.
∗ All entries must be the original and
unaided work of the entrant and the
entrant must be 11 to 19 years age at
the time of the Exhibition.
∗ Works may be done in any medium.

note that entry submission does not guaran-
tee that the work will be displayed as part of
the exhibition. The International Food Em-
porium retains the sole right to remove any
works from the exhibition.
∗ Artworks can be collected Saturday 19th
February 2011 at the conclusion of the eve-
ning awards.
∗ Winners will be announced and prizes
awarded in the three categories of Primary
School Artist, Secondary School Artist and
School Leaver Artist at the exhibition on
Saturday 19th February 2011.
∗ Permission must be given to reproduce

Food Emporium 50 Railway Street, Gatton
by 4th February 2011 during business
hours with an entry fee.
Delivery of Works to the Gatton Shire Hall,

ary 2011 from 4.30pm with the attached
form completed for each entry.
Opening night and Award announcements
Wine & Cheese Evening Saturday 19 Feb-
ruary, 2011 at 7pm for Invited Guests to
view exhibition and arrange purchases of
artwork. Cost $25-00 per person.
Public viewing and voting available 9am—
1pm Saturday 19th February 2011. Gold
coin admission.
Winners of People’s Choice awards an-
nounced Saturday 19th February 2011 at
Wine & Cheese Evening.
All artworks should be collected at conclu-
sion of Saturday Night’s events.
