Blinking your eyes often as it re-wets your eyes to prevent dryness and irritation. The more you blink the
better it is for your eyes.
Keeping the monitor at a distance of 20 to 30 inches or at least an arm's length from your eyes.

May 18th (Wednesday), 6- 9 PM: 3rd Annual Spring Fling Fundraiser. This event encourages fellowship
across the entire Greek community while bringing attention to our philanthropy- Service for Sight! Details TBA
June 5th (Saturday): National Capital Tour De Cure. The Tour de Cure is a bicycle ride with routes of dif-
ferent lengths for riders of ages and skill levels to be done at your own speed so you can enjoy the journey while
doing good to raise funds for the American Diabetes Association. Location: Reston Town Center.
June 23-26th: Foundation Fighting Blindness “VISIONS 2011” Conference. Baltimore, MD. For more

Beta Epsilon Update & Sister Announcements
So far this year BE Delta Gammas have been busy with recruitment! Recruitment was flawless thanks to VP Membership
Ariel Jahner, President Gabby Katz, and Director of Recruitment Records Megan Lynch. We even had a 100% return rate
after the 1st round!! January 18th we added 25 new members to our chapter, including two legacies and welcomed back
our Recruitment Counselors!
Beta Epsilon is looking forward to the 75th Anniversary Gala on April 15th, 16th, and 17th! We can’t wait to see you there!
