Excel Calculation
It is spread sheet software . it is a game of tricks .
It is used for creating financial Reports ,budget , chart’s pivot table and chart’s ,quotation and
memos .
So many function can be called for mathematical calculation
It is also used in banks .
It can be used as a database in small business organization

Excel program has two ( 2) extension

1. .xls = excel sheet
2. .xlw = excel workspace

Excel sheet has 256 columns

How we will prove the columns which is 256
Click tool  Option General Click on RICI cheek box  Ok
Excel sheet has 37294 pages .

Function
Deference between function and formula : Each function has unique name , but formula has no
name ,

Auto Sum
This function is used when value are laying in one column or in one row .

This function is used when are laying in deferent rows and column ( in deferent cell )

Nested Sum Function

This function is used to Calculation of two listed values which is laying in column and row as
below.

= sum(a1:10)-d3 then press enter

this function is used for multiplication

This function is used to find or to trace the maximum value in the list , but min function is the
opposite of max as blow :

Nested of Max and Min Function

This function is used to indicate the maximum and minimum value in one cell

It will shows both of them in one cell , but cannot differentiate the maximum and minimum
value ,So for that we will use the function as below :

Comma And Function

When all conditions are true it is gives true result . If any condition or all conditions are false it
gives false result .

OR Function
Is a logical function that also give us true result when a condition is true and give us false result
when condition is false . if One (1) condition is true it is give us true result .

Not function
Not function is a logical function which give us false result when condition is true and give
true result when condition is false it means that is opposed is OR & AND function.

Count A
Count A is used to count the cell contains Number, Digit and Text also
