WHEREAS, the Board, after consultation with the academe and other sectors,
decided.{o prepare and adopt the said syllabi for the above-stated
. subj cts;
NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue oi the quasi-legislative (rule ma*ing) power under
.Sec.
5 (ij, Art..ll of R.A. No. 9258, the Board RESOLVES, as it is hereby
RESOL\iED, to prescribe, adopt, and promulgate the syllabi for all the
subjects in the Guidance and Couirseling Licensure Examination which
are appended as integral part of the herein Resolution (Annex'lN')'
These . syitagi shatt be used for the August 2008 Board. Licensyrg
Examination for Guidaricd Counselors and subsequent schedules thereof.
This Resolutidn shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following its full and
complete pubtication in the Ofiicial Gazette or any newspaper of general
circulation in the PhiliPPines.
