7. (3) NOCs from Female Applicants on Rs.20/- stamp paper attested by Notary Public(sample attached)
8. (2) Affidavits on Rs.20/- stamp paper attested by Notary Public from all applicants(sample attached)

Center Nominated by Saudi Embassy.

4. N.O.C. from Govt. of Pakistan IF YOU HAVE MENTIONED “GOVT. SERVICE” IN YOUR PASSPORT
5. 08 Photographs with off-white background, Photographs size 4x6 c.m.
6. Original Nikkah Namma + Arabic Translation Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs
7. Form “B” + Arabic Translation Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs

KIDS BELOW AGE OF 12 YEARS

1. Original Computerized Passport with minimum validity of 2 years. Along with all old passports if any.
2. 08 Photographs with off-white background, Photographs size 4x6 c.m.
3. Vaccination Card from Medical Center Nominated by Saudi Embassy.

KIDS WITH AGE OF 12 TO 15 YEARS
