Terra Online Terms Of Service

Prior to game account registration, you must agree to the Terra Online Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to the below statements, you must LOG OFF IMMEDIATELY and request
deletion of your account.

I. GAMEPLAY

[1.] The process of hacking, glitching and use of exploits to your own or others advantage is
strictly prohibited and is bannable. This includes but is NOT limited to the use of bots, glitching
monsters so that they do not respond to harm, the use of third party programs that may
manipulate game code, limits and functions, and the use of other exploits.

[2.] Glitching monster consequences: 1st time – Warning/Watchlist. 2nd time – 3-day jail. 3rd time
– 7 day jail. 4th offense is a character deletion.

[3.] You may not use software that automatically processes information, sending it directly or
indirectly to the server which results in automated actions.

[4.] You may not disrupt another player’s client in any way, shape or form, which includes but is
not limited to: Causing another player to disconnect, causing another player’s client to crash, or
causing another player’s client to be manipulated in a form that the client becomes unplayable
and the user is forced to re-install Terra Online.

[5.] “Kill Stealing”, the process of attacking or “helping to kill a monster that another player is
attacking, while not within a party” is prohibited unless the player grants you permission to do so.

[6.] You acknowledge that all items in game are owned by F**k My Life, you are merely using
them.

[7.] You may not use any file or program distributed by F**k My Life, in any other way besides for
it's intended purpose, without the express written consent of a F**k My Life Administrator.

II. GAME MANNERS

[1.] Good game manners are expected of you during the duration of your game play. To maintain
order of the game, the use of profanity is forbidden and will not be tolerated. The process of
flaming or rioting is also forbidden.

[2.] Censor Bypass is prohibited. You may not replace characters in an inappropriate word to
bypass the integrated censorship system. However, if an appropriate word is censored because
part of the word is an inappropriate word, you may separate the characters.

[3.] You may not threaten, harass, cause distress or disruptions to any player, or cause any
unwanted attention by another user, interpreted or determined by Terra Online staff.

[4.] You may not virtually engage in inappropriate actions, which includes but is not limited to
actions that have a sexual nature.

[5.] You may not participate in groups that are based on racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic,
or other hate groups.

[6.] You may not post or create links to any website which contains illegal or sexual material, or
content that could harm or disrupt another user’s computer and/or personal network.

[7.] You may not encourage other Terra Online players to violate the Terms of Service.

III. ACCOUNT RELATED

[1.] You may not give out any member’s personal information, in any fashion or method, including
your own. You may not directly or indirectly share account details with another individual, and you
will not hold F**K My Life responsible for any damages that may occur from doing so.

[2.] You may not attempt, regardless if you are successful, to steal or hijack another player’s
virtual property, including but is not limited to: user account, character, in-game items, in-game
services, luxuries or identity.

[3.] The process of scamming in any way, shape or form is forbidden. This may include, but is not
limited to: Convincing a player to give in-game money for their services without providing service
afterwards, Creating a purchase or selling vendor store that proclaims a certain amount of money
for merchandise but actually has a higher selling price within the store, willfully selling an item that
has been known to be glitched, or selling a fake item.

[4.] Upon creating a character, you agree that you will not include any of the following:
Inappropriate meaning, foreign characters, or anything aside from alphanumeric characters. You
agree that if your character name is deemed inappropriate, it is subject to be renamed or deleted
by staff.

[5.] The staff may terminate your account regardless of unused items purchased from Item Mall,
upon breaching this contract.

[5.] Upon creating a Guild, you agree that the name will not reflect an inappropriate meaning.

[6.] Guild War Rules apply. You must read and abide by them before guild war initiation.
IV. EVENT PARTICIPATION

[1.] You agree that you will not cause disruption of an event in any way, shape or form.

[2.] You will let the event hosting staff member do his or her job in a peaceful environment, one
that does not include hate speech towards the staff member directly or indirectly.

[3.] You will not sabotage an event in any way, shape or form.

[4.] You will not cause cancellation of the event due to your own actions.

[5.] You will not cause other players to deflect away from event participation due to your own
actions, which includes but is not limited to: Blocking access to and/or from the event, persuading
a player to the point that they do not participate in the event with the use of negative reasons, or
causing the event hosting staff member to be presented in a form that will cause players to cancel
event participation.

V. SERVER RELATED

[1.] Discussion or advertisement of another game or server in any way, shape or form is
prohibited, even if it is not offered by F**K My Life.

[2.] You acknowledge that Terra Online has no association with any other server.

[3.] You acknowledge that Terra Online is not associated or affiliated with Fiesta Online. If you

VI. ROLE OF STAFF

[1.] Staff impersonation in any way, shape or form is prohibited. This may include the use of
brackets and/or braces in a character name, creating or joining a guild with a name that is related
to staff in any way, or transmitting a message in-game, on the forum or on another site that
proclaims you or another player being a Terra Online or F**K My Life staff member.

[2.] The staff has the right to edit, alter, modify, delete, or otherwise change any submitted
content that is determined inappropriate for F**K My Life service or objectionable to us at any
time.

[3.] You agree that, with all terms above, violation in question is to be determined by staff and
their sole and absolute discretion.
[4.] You agree that the staff may act at their discretion even if there is no such rule posted.

You agree that the Terms of Service may change at any time, with or without advance notice.
