NOTICE OF STRAIGHTIN’ SHIT UP

Yo!

I wanna right to you and stuff about when we were on the phone on Tuesday and everything. We were
talking about my taxes and stuff you know? And I was like “I’d like a ‘firm offer’ or a ‘final payoff’ amount”.
And you were totally like “We told you how much” and everything. And then I was like, going “I know and
stuff, but I need a ‘bill or firm offer from you guys N all that’ “. And then you were like TOTALLY like “we
don’t usually do that”. And I was like- you know- “ I don’t even care about how you roll with them other
pimps”. And you were just all “Oh you’re going to be like that?/- I gotta get my supervisor” and everything.

And then the supervisor came on the phone after like a freakin’ year and everything. And I was totally
thinking “whosoever makes the offer is the debtor BITCH!” but I totally didn’t say anything because he
woulda like totally freaked out and everything. He brought up my account and looked at it. When he saw
the “$138,000” he was like “OH SHIT!” And I was like “RIGHT!?”. And then I had to axe HIM for a payoff.
And so we like went around and around about me wanting what I want and you guys like totally not being
helpful. Yada yada yada……………GAWD.

And then- gawd finally- you guys sent me a notice and everything. Which is cool. And there was like a
total on it. But when we were on the phone and everything, you guys said that “this offer is totally cool for
30 days and everything.” And this has a deadline of the same day that I got it. What’s UP? I was like “That
ain’t cool!”

And so now we gotta do it all over again and stuff. So, like, the dead line should totally be like March 21,
2011 and everything. You know?.

If there are previous agreements, contracts, covenants or the like, preventing me from effecting payment
in such a way, I am unaware of such agreements and hereby revoke all such agreements and rescind
associated signatures for both myself and ASVMKWER, Taxpayer.
