 AMS-(Agent Management System it is developed program for Agent related


process) reconciliation of fees amt with AMS against application & declining cases
on the basis pf short fees amount.

 Segregation between Life & General Insurance training applications of Agents on


IRDA site.

 Assigning all complete cases of renewal for refresh training on IRDA site.

 Updating Master File of Renewal & sending MIS.

 Reverting mails of renewal pending cases.
