Article I.

Agreement

Section 1.01 Binding Agreement

This document is a perpetual contact of voluntary slavery between Donald XXXX, herein referred
to as “Master”, “Him”, and “He”, and Tracy XXXXX herein referred to as “slave”, “her”, and
“she”.

This agreement consists of 5 articles with numerous sub-clauses within them and supersedes
any previous contract or agreement.

Tracy, through signing this contract is binding herself totally and completely, without limit
(except as explicitly defined below), irrevocably to servitude to Donald. She relinquishes all legal
and cultural (explicit and presumed) rights, privileges, prerogatives and status to Donald to
become his property as a slave for him to own and use as he sees fit.

Section 1.02 Term

This contract is perpetual, having no end date, nor means of termination.

Article II. Affirmation

Section 2.01 Slave’s Affirmation

Tracy affirms that she is signing this contract of her own free will and without any pressure or
coercion of any kind, and that she is of sound mind and body and is not under the influence of
drugs or alcohol. She further affirms that she fully understands the meaning and implications of
this contract and explicitly requests it be enforced in full, and at all times, as defined below for
the entire duration of the contract.

Tracy understands that she will be used for sex as a sex slave, as a wife with domestic chores
and duties and also as a pain slave for bondage and punishment sessions that will be real,
inescapable and unstoppable.

Section 2.02 Interference

Tracy requests that no third party group, individual, organization or body interfere in any way to
prevent her from fulfilling its obligations of servitude and obedience to her Master as defined in
this contract and for the full term of the contract.
Article III. Clauses

Section 3.01 Slave’s Responsibilities

(a) Tracy will willingly, freely and to the best of her ability serve Donald sexually in any way he
requires.

(b) Tracy will willingly, free and to the best of her ability serve Donald as a wife performing any and
all household duties including, but not limited to, cooking, cleaning, washing, and ironing.

(c) Tracy will willingly accept any punishment from Donald and for whatever reason, including
purely for his own pleasure, but within the limits defined in section 4 below. Punishment may
take any form Donald deems fit including, but not limited to, corporal punishment, bondage,
chastity, removal of privileges including food or sleep, hard work or degrading, humiliating or
pointless tasks.

(d) Tracy will willingly, freely and to the best of her ability immediately obey any order, or perform
any action demanded by Donald.

(e) Tracy will willingly, freely and to the best of her ability obey all rules set out for her by Donald
and live by them whether or not she is in his presence. She is responsible for listing all such rules
in a “rules of slavery” document. Rules for her can be changed at any time by Donald, and apply
immediately from when Donald issues them.

(f) Tracy will willingly, freely and to the best of her ability submit to any training, and any training
methods Donald wishes to use or apply to her to better serve him and to better meet his needs.

(g) Tracy will always be completely honest and truthful and will never lie to Donald or omit to
mention all facts, action or inactions, or any breaches of the rules and responsibilities inherent
upon her through this contract and the associated “rules of slavery” document.

(h) Tracy will never make any excuses for any failures or any of her actions, inactions or any
breaches of this contract or the associated “rules of slavery” document.

(i) Tracy will show Donald the utmost respect at all times and never cause him any embarrassment.
This includes in any discussions, action or activities and applies whether Donald is present or
not.

(j) Tracy will always endeavor to improve herself physically and mentally to better serve Donald.

(k) Tracy will always be available to serve Donald when required except by prior agreement with
Donald or for family emergencies. Following any emergency that prevents her from serving him
then she will, at Donald’s convenience, present herself for any punishment deemed necessary.

(l) Tracy will permit Donald to modify any part of her person, including but not limited to body,
mind and speech in order to be molded into Donald’s vision of perfection.
Section 3.02 Slave’s Veto

(a) Tracy has no veto over any actions Donald wishes her to perform except within the limits
defined in article 4 below.

(b) Tracy has no “safe word” to use to stop any action or punishment.

(c) Tracy has the right to respectfully refuse to perform any action for, or accept any punishments
from Donald when he is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In such circumstances she must,
when Donald is no longer under the influence of alcohol or drugs, submit herself for any
punishment he sees fit.

Section 3.03 Slave’s Possessions and Finances

(a) Donald has the right to make full and unlimited use of all of Tracy’s material goods, possessions
and any other assets as his own and to do so whether Tracy is present or not. This includes, but
is not limited to houses, cars, clothes, and any bondage, punishment or other control items or
materials.

(b) Donald has the right to set financial rules for Tracy – including severe limits on spending.

(c) Donald has the right to make use of Tracy for financial gain in any way.

Section 3.04 Master’s Responsibilities

(a) Donald accepts that Tracy is a valuable possession and as such he will keep her safe at all times.

(b) Donald will not instruct Tracy to perform anything that is listed in the limits defined in article 4.

(c) Donald will allow Tracy the ability to freely express her thoughts while still showing respect to
him.

Section 3.05 Third Parties

(a) Tracy may have no other Master, partner (sexual or otherwise) or submit to any other person
without the express agreement of Donald.

(b) Donald may expect Tracy to serve in public or private, alone or in front of others.

(c) Donald may instruct Tracy to serve another man or men, transferring any or all of his rights and
responsibilities under articles 1, 2, 3 and 4 of this contract and in the related “rules of slavery”
document to that man or men for any period of time. Donald may or may not be present while
she serves said third parties but remains ultimately responsible for ensuring this agreement is
adhered to by those parties.

(d) Donald may instruct Tracy to serve him with other slaves where she may have to control other
slaves as a dominant alpha slave, or to submit herself to another alpha slave.
Section 3.06 Disagreement

(a) If there is any disagreement between Donald and Tracy on the term of the contract or any of the
clauses or limits within the contract, then, in all circumstances Donald’s decision is final.

(b) Alterations to the contract must be agreed between Donald and Tracy and an amended contract
with the agreed upon changes must be signed.

Article IV. Limits

Section 4.01 Bodily Harm

(a) Donald will not submit Tracy to any actions that would result in permanent bodily harm. This
does not include tattoos, brands or piercings.

Section 4.02 Unsafe or Illegal Acts

(a) Donald will not submit Tracy to any unsafe acts, sexual or otherwise, including scat, urine,
needles or blood play. This does not limit any oral, anal or vaginal use.

(b) Donald will not submit Tracy to any illegal acts involving children or animals.

Section 4.03 Family and Friends

(a) Donald will not submit Tracy to any actions that may seriously impact relationships with her
family or friends.

Article V. Signatures
I hereby agree to be bound by the clauses and limits of this contract of voluntary slavery for the
agreed upon term of the contract between the two parties identified as Master and slave below.

Furthermore I agree that this contract will be held by Donald and in the event of conflict with
any other versions held securely online or elsewhere then the version held by Donald will be
deemed to be the authoritative copy.
