Isaiah 7:9 = if ye will not believe, surely ye shall not be established.

Matthew 7:20-21 = Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me
Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kngdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in
heaven.

Satan appears as a snake. Satan is not a snake he is the leader of evil, a fallen angel.

Eve thought he was a snake when she talked to him. What let her know that he was more than that? He
told her to disobey God. The actions of disobedience showed who they are.

Judas followed Jesus. Judas took care of the money for Jesus and the disciples. Judas complained about
Mary washing Jesus feet with expensive perfume to show her love instead of giving it to him to sell for
more money. Judas betrayed Jesus by telling his enemies where he was so they could arrest him. Jesus’
enemies paid Judas 30 pieces of silver to betray Jesus. Was Judas a friend of Jesus? How do you know?

Good Samaritan –

 A Jewish man was traveling from Jerusalem to Jericho when he was attacked by a gang of
thieves. They took his money, his clothes, and tried to kill him then ran away. While the man
was lying on the ground dying another man, a priest/preacher, came down the road when he
saw the wounded man on the ground he crossed the road so he would not have to stop and
help the wounded man and kept walking. (What kind of fruit did this man have?)
 A little while later another man, a Levite / lawyer, came down the road. When he saw the
wounded man he stopped to look at him and then crossed the street and kept going. (What
kind of fruit did this man have?)
 A little while later a Samaritan was coming down the road. Samaritans were major enemies of
the Jews. They did not like them at all. When this Samaritan saw the wounded man, what do
you think he did? Did he hate him? Did he try to finish killing him? Did he ignore him and keep
going? No. He felt compassion for the wounded man and stopped to help him. He washed the
wounds, put what medicine he had on them and bandaged them up. Did he stop there and then
go on down the road? No. He put the wounded man on his own beast (donkey) and carried him
to an inn where he took care of him. Food, more medicine, water, things like that. The next day
he had to go on to Jericho but before he left he talked to the owner of the inn and told him to
take care of the wounded man until he was well. The Samaritan gave the owner some money
and told him that whatever more it cost to take care of the man he would pay him more on his
way back from Jericho to home.
 Who did the will of the Father? Who did what Jesus said? Who will go to Heaven
